公路三背回填稳定性研究及远程监控

【摘要】 改革开放以来,随着国民经济的飞速发展,公路作为一种与我们衣食住行密切相关的运输形式,得到了极大的发展。但是由于我国地域辽阔,筑路环境有着复杂多样性,尤其是西部山区(以贵州为例),桥梁、涵洞以及挡墙等构造物都成了公路的重要组成部分。桥梁、涵洞以及挡墙背(简称“三背”)回填后的稳定性也成为一个摆在公路工作者面前亟待解决的问题。公路构筑物和其背后回填料一般刚度性质差别很大,在承受同样荷载的情况下二者表现出不同的压缩性,形成了一定的沉降差异。这种差异就带来了诸如桥头跳车、路基坍塌、路面开裂等影响行车安全和道路使用寿命的情况出现。本文基于上述问题,通过调查大量的道路历史资料,对几种典型的公路构筑物进行了理论研究和有限元软件分析,同时对贵州部分路段使用落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)进行了现场观测,获取了大量的现场数据,通过比对,发现历史资料、理论分析以及现场测量的结果基本吻合。为解决上述问题,论文提出了一些具体的特殊工程的处理方法以及构筑物背后回填的设计原则和方法。本文提出了一种基于GPRS(General Packet Ratio Service)的无线数据远程传输系统,利用GPRS无线通信,设置GPRS DTU,并且编写GPRS DTU设置程序,此程序可以设置接收方的IP地址及接收端口。利用编写好的服务器终端程序,可以实现显示本地IP地址和对方IP地址、端口号设置以及测试数据的功能。

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the national economy, Highway as a shelter and we are closely related form of transport, it has given a tremendous development. However, as China’s vast territory, the environment we live in is so complex, especially the western mountains (for example in Guizhou province).Bridges, culvert and retaining wall and so on have become important components in highway project.However, the stability of the material filled in the regions which behind the bridges, culvert and retaining wall ( " three structures’ back ") has become an issue problems to be solved for a highway worker. Because the material of the structures and the subgrade is so different. When they bear the same load .This difference will produce such as slab staggering, pavement cracking collapse. While they do great harm to the road traffic safety and road life.Based on the above issues, We have investigated a lot of road information .At the same time, several typical structures are analyzes by theory and ansys software .In the past two years ,we have had a great number of data using the FWD (Falling Weight Deflection) . Finally, some design principles and detection techniques have been made for the above issues. The special treatment for specific projects also has been used in the practical project, we achieved so great project result.At the same time, the paper refers to a data translating system that based on GPRS. If we want to use GPRS wireless communication, the first step is to encode the GPRS DTU setup program, then setting the GPRS DTU. For instance, setting the receiver’s IP address and receiving port. The last, network communication, coding the server terminate program, It can display the following contents: the local IP address, the remote IP address, port setting, data and so on.
