基于P2P的协同办公系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着信息化技术的快速发展，越来越多的企业开始建立基于局域网环境的办公平台。但是长期以来，企业内部信息系统各自为政，无法互通互联，形成信息孤岛，从而难以实现有效的互动。目前，协同软件提供了解决该问题的最有效途径。同时，P2P技术的发展逐渐改变以往人们交流的方式。将P2P技术带入网络世界的一个著名例子是Napster。另外，用户带宽和计算机能力的提高，使P2P技术得到了更充分的发挥，P2P技术以其不可取代的优势迅速进入大量应用领域。因此，基于P2P模式的协同办公系统具有一定的研究和应用价值。协同办公系统主要是面向企业计算机网络规模在几十台到几百台，提供开放、灵活、可靠的信息共享和沟通的平台，满足企业内部事务处理需要。使企业信息管理和办公水平更加规范和快捷，从而提高工作效率。本文首先介绍了办公自动化理论知识，提出了基于P2P技术的协同办公系统。详细的介绍了P2P技术、网络编程技术。接着阐述了协同办公系统的架构设计和主要功能概述，重点介绍了日程安排和短信发送两个模块的设计和开发过程。在结束语部分，对研究中所做的工作进行了总结，并提出了需要进一步完成的工作。希望能够促进第二代协同办公系统的完善，为以知识管理为核心的第三代办公系统的发展奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the information technology’s fast development, more and more enterprises start to establish collaboration office platform based on the local area network environment. But, the information systems of enterprise do things in their own ways, they can’t communicate with each other, the information was separated. At present, the collaboration software provides the best way to resolve this problem. Meanwhile, the development of P2P technology gradually change the way of the communication of people. One of the famous cases which bring P2P technology to network is Napster. In addition, with the user band and ability of computer increasing, P2P technology has so many advantages that it can be used in many areas. Therefore it’s valuable to study and apply the collaboration office system based on P2P pattern.Collaboration office system mainly faces the enterprises computer network scale in several dozens to several hundred, it provides information sharing and communication of platform which is open, flexible and reliable, it could meet the enterprise internal matters needs to be processed. It will cause the enterprise internal information management and the office level standard and prompt, and enhance the working efficiency.Section I of this paper provides the related background information of automatic office system and the one based of P2P. And Section II gives detail introduction of P2P technique and net programming skills. Then it elaborates the system construction designing of the collaboration office system and outline, the introduces with emphasis the developing of the schedule organization and message sending module of the system.
