大面积等离子体接枝处理用于聚丙烯(PP)材料改性及染色行为研究
Study on Property Modification and Dyeing for Polypropylene Material by Plasma and Graft Treatment on the Larger Surface

【摘要】 近年来关于聚丙烯(PP)材料的化学改性研究非常活跃,其中等离子体接枝改性是一种比较有效的方法。我们对PP材料中PP纤维、BOPP膜、丙纶滤布分别进行了分别经N2、H2、O2等离子体处理以及分别经N2、H2、O2等离子体引发AA接枝处理;对等离子体处理参数进行了优化处理。然后对处理前后的PP材料的结构与性能进行了多项物理及化学性能测试,并对处理后的样品进行了染色及色牢度的测试。对PP材料处理前后性能的测试,基本结论如下:一、等离子体处理对PP材料的基本力学性能无损伤、使PP材料表面接触角减少、丙纶纤维的界面剪切强度IFSS值变大、样品红外图谱出现了—NH2、—C=O等活性基团的特征峰、样品的形貌变得粗糙,凹凸不平、丙纶纤维的上染率相对有所提高。二、用亚甲基兰、碱性玫瑰红、碱性紫染料能较好的上染等离子体处理的丙纶纤维,上染染料充分,颜色均匀;且丙纶纤维样品的耐洗色牢度、耐候色牢度、耐迁徙色牢度、耐光色牢度在评定变色和沾色时等级好。三、分析等离子体处理结果,得到等离子体处理的最优参数是:放电时间为6min、工作压强为40Pa、放电功率为90W。本论文在充分的实验和测试表征上得出:等离子体处理及等离子体引发AA接枝处理的方法对丙纶改性很有效,且能使染料分子吸附或以共价键相连在PP纤维上,上染后的样品颜色鲜艳,色牢度好。
【Abstract】 Studies on chemical modification for polypropylene materials are very active in recent years, in which grafting treatment with plasma is quite valid.We treated PP fiber, BOPP film and PP cloth with two ways: with Nitrogen (N2), Hydrogen (H2) and Oxygen (O2) plasma respectively, and with acrylic acid (AA) grafting introduced by plasma N2, H2 and O2 respectively. Then tested and analyzed several physical and the chemical properties about the structure and properties of PP material before and after the treatment. Then, we dyed samples and tested the permanence of dye.According to the tests, we have the results as the followings:First, the basic mechanics function of PP material haven’t been damaged, contact angle of PP surface was reduced, the interface splitting intensity of PP fibers in the IFSS value were increased, the characteristic peak of the live bond—NH2,—C=O appeared in the FTIR figures, the appearance of PP surface changed roughly, or cave in and convexly. The dyeing rates of PP fiber have risen.Second, Methylene blue, alkaline rose red and alkaline purple dyestuffs were used to dye PP fiber. The color of sample of dyeing the dyestuff was sufficiently and uniform; its permanence of dye in remit of wash fastness, remit of climate, remit of change residence fastness and remit of light fastness are more better than before when assessing the color grade of change in color and staining.Third, through analyzing results of plasma treatment, we got the best parameters of plasma: Time of discharge was 6 min, Pressure of plasma was 40 Pa, and Power of discharge was 90 W.This thesis has taken the results through the sufficiently experiments and tests: grafting treatment with plasma was a useful method to modify PP fiber, and the dyestuff molecules can been adsorbed or connected on PP fiber surface through the covalence bonds, and the samples got fresh color after dyeing and the permanence of dye was better also.
