【摘要】 近年来，随着市场经济的确立，我国农产品供求关系发生了重大质变，由卖方市场转为买方市场，出现了结构性过剩的矛盾，农业生产者与大市场难以有效对接。因此必须探索新时期农业经济发展的有效运行方式，农业产业化就是为了适应这种新变化而应运而生的。江苏农垦是集农工商运服于一体的大型国有综合性企业，农业是其支柱产业。农垦农业明显区别于农村农业经济，具有机械化、规模化、专业化、集约化、标准化、组织化等多种比较优势。当前农垦正处于大改革、大发展的新时代，如何充分发挥自身特有的优势条件、快速持续稳定地发展现代农业经济?理想有效的途径就是大力实施和发展垦区农业产业化经营。本论文是在广泛的文献探索、深入调研、资料收集的前提下，吸取已有的理论成果，根据江苏农垦发展农业产业化经营的实际情况和基本条件，系统地提出了江苏农垦今后发展农业产业化的战略对策和具体措施，使本文具有较强的科学合理性和较高的实际应用价值，对新时期江苏农垦发展农业产业化具有积极的借鉴参考作用。本论文主要分为五个部分。第一部分是导言，回顾相关研究成果，提出本文的目标与内容，说明论文的结构安排和研究方法。第二部分是农业产业化发展的背景与现状，阐述农业产业化的内涵特征与组织形式，回顾分析发展现状与问题。第三部分是江苏农垦农业产业化发展现状与问题及其影响因素，概述江苏农垦农业发展历程，分析垦区与农村农业经济的差异，深入分析垦区农业产业化存在的问题及其影响因素。第四部分是江苏农垦农业产业化经营的发展策略，亦是本论文的重点部分，着重阐述了江苏农垦农业产业化的功能作用、发展思路、适宜的发展模式、具体的发展策略，具体的发展策略包含10个方面：创新有效的管理和组织制度、合理选择主导产业、发展壮大龙头企业、建设优质的商品生产基地、创建有效的利益联结机制、建立健全优质的服务体系、强化农业的科技创新、实施全程的标准化管理、发展特色品牌农业、构建有力的资本支持和风险保障体系。第五部分是结论和建议，总结归纳农垦农业产业化的必要性、科学性、可行性，建议要科学定位、正确决策、高效运行，认真处理好发展过程中的几种关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the market economy stands surely, the great qualitative change occurredour country agricultural products supply demand relation in recent years, and changes intothe buying party market by the selling party market, and has appeared to finish the excesscontradiction of constructing nature, and agriculture producer is hard to effective joint withthe big market.Therefore must explore effective run mode of new particular periodagricultural economy development, the agriculture industrialization newly changing andemerges as the times require in order to suit this kind.The Jiangsu land reclamation area is collecting the large-scale belonging to thenation comprehensiveness enterprise, and the agriculture is his pillar industry. The cleardifference of land reclamation area to the agricultural economy in rural area, possessesmany kinds of comparison superiority such as mechanize, scopeization, specialization,intensify, standardization and organisationization etc The present time the landreclamation area is in greatly to reform and in big new times developed, and how fullygiving play to self, the peculiar superiority condition and quick goes on stablelyly todevelop modern agriculture economy?
