无梭毛巾织机起毛装置的研究

【摘要】 起毛机构是毛巾织机的关键部件之一,目前国内厂家仅能够生产高档的无梭剑杆织机,还没有任何厂家有能力制造高档的无梭毛巾织机。本文从毛巾织造工艺的角度出发,阐述了织机打纬和起毛形成毛巾织物的原理。分析了几种常见的起毛装置,总结了国外先进毛巾织机的特点。织机起毛动作的完成是打纬运动和起毛运动的合成,属于混合驱动的范畴。故在设计毛圈形成装置时,两者必须同时进行研究。本文为此比较了连杆打纬和共轭凸轮打纬的优缺点;分析了筘动和布动两种不同的起毛方式,提出了一种全新的连杆起毛方案,该方案适用于国内某厂家制造的共轭凸轮打纬高档剑杆织机上。本文介绍了共轭凸轮打纬机构的几种常用运动规律,依据反求设计原理,建立了共轭凸轮打纬机构运动规律的反求数学模型,把三坐标机测绘出的共轭凸轮廓线的离散坐标值代入该数学模型,反求出了该打纬机构的运动曲线。结合已知的几种共轭凸轮打纬运动规律,采用其中的正弦分段组合加速度运动曲线作为该机构运动规律。这样就可以用解析法精确地计算出更适合实际的共轭凸轮轮廓曲线。论文第四章首先分析了共轭凸轮打纬与连杆起毛机构相互之间的动作流程。以此为依据采用优化设计的方法,确定了连杆各个构件的尺寸。根据前述假设的打纬与起毛的动作流程以及优化得出的尺寸,计算出了毛圈高度、钢筘动程和起毛连杆转角的变化关系。

【Abstract】 AbstractThe terry towel weaving mechanism is a key component of the loom. Now the domestic factories can only produce the high-quality shuttleless rapier loom and have no ability to manufacture high-quality shuttleless terry loom.The article explains the theory of the terry towel weaving process. Meanwhile this paper analyses several terry motion devices and summarizes the characteristics of the foreign advanced terry towel loom. The completion of terry motion is synthesized by beating-up motion and terry motion. This motion belongs to hybrid driven motion. When you design terry towel weaving device, both beating-up motion and terry motion must be studied. In this paper, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of connecting bar beating-up mechanism and conjugate cam beating-up mechanism. Then the author put forward a new terry towel weaving mechanism which uses connecting bars. This mechanism can be used in conjugate cam rapier loom which is made by the domestic factories.In this paper, the author introduces some general motions of beat-up mechanism. With the application of the reverse design principles, the author builds mathematical model of conjugate cam motion. According to the discrete three-coordinate values and the terms of geometry of this part, the original design parameters of beat-up motion are restored. Then we can find out the movement law of the weft knitting system.In the chapter 4, the author analyzes the flow of the movement between beating-up motion and terry motion. This article optimizes the length of the terry towel weaving bars. Then the author analyzes the relation among terry height, reed stroke and Loop-pile rotation angle of the bar.Zhang yong (Mechanical Design and Theory) Supervised by Prof.Li jinhai
