数控车床加工仿真系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 当今,在使用数控机床的过程中,NC程序的检查方法是影响生产效率高低的重要因素之一。在编制NC程序时,需要分析考虑的内容较多,编制出来的NC程序存在这样或那样的错误在所难免。如果这些错误出现在实际生产中,就会造成资金、人力和时间的浪费,甚至造成严重的工伤事故。因此,NC程序必须经过验证无误才能用于生产。NC程序校验常用的方法有人工检查、工艺试切检查等。很明显,工艺试切检查对减轻编程人员的工作量、提高数控机床的使用率等方面起到了积极作用。但是,工艺试切检查过程周期长,费用高,且易发生事故。因此,数控加工需要更有效、更实用的验证手段。本论文以计算机仿真技术和计算机图形技术为基础,运用可视化和面向对象的编程技术,对数控车床加工仿真系统进行了研究,提出了基于Visual C++.NET语言环境的模块化设计方案,开发出了一套数控车床加工仿真系统,来模拟数控车床加工。该仿真系统不但可以检验程序的正确性和合理性,避免由于机床的走刀错误而造成数控设备损坏的危险,而且大大降低了以往采用工艺试切方法带来的高消耗和高成本,缩短了新产品的开发周期。另外,仿真系统的开发也为今后进一步研究开发全软件型数控系统奠定了基础;加工过程仿真还具有辅助优化工艺安排、培训编程人员等实际应用前景。本论文主要内容有:(1)根据数控车床特点,分析了数控车床加工仿真系统,提出了开发本系统的总体设计方案。(2)分析了目前数控系统常用的插补算法,选择极坐标插补做为本系统的插补算法,并编制出相应的插补程序。(3)研究了ISO6983 NC程序词法和语法的特点,编制出NC程序的词法和语法编译模块。(4)研究了WINDOWS操作系统下多线程技术的原理,并利用多线程技术实现了数控车床加工仿真。(5)设计出数控车床仿真系统人机交互界面。(6)编制出数控车床仿真系统的帮助模块。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, in the course of the usage of NC machine, the method of checking NC program is one of important factors effecting on productivity.When NC program is being made,it is unavoidable for some errors to occur in program,because a lot of things have to be thought.These errors will result in waste of capital,manpower and time if they occur in the process of manufacturing.So NC program must be examined to assure it is right before it is used to production.There are usually some methods to examine NC program, such as Manual inspection, test-machining, etc. Obviously, the way of test machining reacts actively on such aspects as relieving programmer and enhancing using frequency of NC machine. But this course spends a long debugging time and a high cost, and moreover, is prone to accidents. Therefore, NC machining needs more effective and practical test methods.With computer simulated technology and computer graphic technology, this thesis analyzes simulation system of the NC lathe. The design principle of module is advanced in this thesis based on the Visual C++.NET developing environment. By using visible and face-object programming tools, this thesis develops a simulation system of NC lathe, and displays the simulating method of NC lathe processing. This simulation system can not only examine correctness and rationality of NC program, and prevent NC equipment being damaged, but also reduce higher waste and cost by test-machining before. So it reduces greatly the development cycle of new product. Moreover, Machining Process Simulation can also optimize producing, train programmer and so on.This thesis has mainly accomplished contents as follows:(1) By analyzing the simulation system of NC lathe, proposes the general design plan of the simulation system of NC lathe based on the characteristic of NC lathe.(2) By analyzing and comparing the principle of interpolation, realizes the program of interpolation module.(3) By studying ISO6983 NC code , realizes the translation module of NC code examined in grammar and Morphology.(4) Analyzing Multi-thread technology in detail, realizes NC lathe Machining Simulation based on Windows Multi-thread technology.(5) Designs the friendly Windows style interface of NC lathe Machining Simulation.(6) Realizes the help module of NC lathe Machining Simulation.
