【摘要】 随着高校校园网的建设和Internet技术的引进，基于校园网和Internet的应用系统的开发正在蓬勃发展。毕业生信息管理是高校教学管理的一项重要工作，现代化的高校毕业生信息管理需要现代化的信息管理系统支持。从20世纪九十年代开始，为适应新世纪人才培养的目标，国内高校教育体制进行了大规模的改革。广东工业大学抓住机遇，迎接挑战，办学规模不断扩大，每年的毕业生也由原来的两三千人增加到现在的近万人。另外，由于近年来社会上出现了假的学历文凭，因此现在不少用人单位、外国驻我国领事馆等通过学校翻查发证记录以辨别文凭的真伪。由于目前我校并没有学历证书电子查询系统，因此每一本需要辨别的证书均须到学校档案室去查询，从而大大增加了教务管理的工作量，而且增加了翻查档案频率。为及时对毕业生各种数据进行分析统计，以供学校领导决策参考；保证并提高学历证书查询的准确性和时效性，迫切需要开发一个实用程度高的计算机信息化管理系统，以实现数据统计全面、及时、准确；学历证书查询准确、快速。经过对广东工业大学教务工作全面的调查和研究，结合广东工业大学毕业生信息管理工作的实际要求，并针对本系统客户端众多的特点，来设计出一种基于Intrant／Internet网络环境下同时具有C／S／S与B／S／S模式的毕业生信息管理系统。本文首先论述了毕业生信息管理系统的现状、特点以及系统设计的总体方案和系统实现的目标、功能；其次，论述了毕业生信息管理子系统及毕业生信息查询子系统的需求分析；并重点详细的阐述本人参与开发的毕业生信息查询子系统的详细设计。该系统采用基于网络隔离与数据交换的安全系统方案，采用客户机／服务器结构和浏览器／服务器结构相结合的体系结构，选用微软公司SQL Server 2000开发后台数据库，以C++Builder 6.0作为前台开发工具，JSP作为网站设计语言开发而成。具有界面友好，使用简单灵活，数据安全可靠性高等特点。系统的运行将大幅度地减轻教务工作人员的负担，提高了工作效率，并能为用人单位和毕业生提供良好的查询服务。更多还原

Because my school certainly does not have the educational certificate electron inquiry system at present, therefore each need discernment certificate must arrive the school archive office to inquire, thus increased the educational administration management work load greatly, moreover increased has perused the file frequency. For promptly carries on the analysis statistics to graduate each kind of data, supplies the school leadership decision-making reference; Guaranteed and enhances the educational certificate inquiry the accuracy and the effectiveness, urgent needs to develop a practical degree high computer information management system, realizes the data to count comprehensively, is prompt, is accurate; The educational certificate inquiry is accurate, is fast. Passes through works the comprehensive investigation to the Guangdong university of Technology educational administration and the research, unifies the Guangdong university of Technology graduate information management work the actual request, and aims at this system client side multitudinous characteristics, designs one kind simultaneously to have C/S/S and the B/S/S pattern graduate information management system based on the Intrant/Internet network environment under.This article first elaborated the graduate information management system present situation, the characteristic as well as the system design overall concept and the system realization goal, the function; Next, elaborated the graduate information management subsystem and the graduate information inquires the subsystem demand analysis; And key detailed elaborated myself participate in the development the graduate information inquiring the subsystem detailed design. This system uses based on the network isolation and the data exchange safety system plan, uses architecture which the client/server structure and the browser/server structure unifies, selects Microsoft Corporation SQL the Server 2000 development backstage database, by C++ Builder 6.0 took the onstage development kit, JSP becomes as the website design language development.
