单相串激电机多目标优化设计

【摘要】 随着人们越来越追求高品质的生活,电动工具和家用小电器的需求也大幅度提高。单相串激电动机由于起动转矩大、转速高和体积小等特点,被广泛用于吸尘器、搅拌机、吹风机、羊毛剪等家用电器和电动工具。然而国内串激电动机的研发和制造能力明显滞后于市场需求,许多厂家还停留在仿造阶段。现有的电机设计软件大多基于DOS平台,界面不友好,功能单一,设计周期较长。因此研究如何提高单相串激电动机的设计效率,降低材料成本和改善现有设计以满足设计要求是该行业面临的主要课题。针对这些问题,本文提出了单相串激电机多目标优化设计系统。以单相串激电动机的电磁设计为基础,应用遗传算法,实现对电机效率和有效材料成本的多目标优化,使设计电机方案的技术性能和经济性能指标更加合理。本文阐述了单相串激电动机的结构、原理,对单相串激电动机的电磁设计的发展、要求和注意的问题进行了详细介绍。介绍了遗传算法的基本原理,结合单相串激电机具体情况,建立了基于遗传算法的单相串激电机多目标优化设计的数学模型。采用面向对象的编程平台Borland C++ Builder,编写了单相串激电机多目标优化设计系统程序。本文给出了单相串激电动机电磁设计实例,设计得到的结果和实测值偏差在要求的范围内。设计系统程序具有较高的准确性和实用性。在此基础上,利用优化设计程序对一台单相串激电动机进行了多目标优化设计,取得了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 With the growing desire for higher life quality, the demands for electric tools and small home appliances also increase significantly. Due to big starting torque, high speed, small size and other advantages, single-phase series motors are widely used in electric tools and electrical household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, blenders, hair dryer and wool shearing tools. However, there is a great gap between the huge market demands and the research and manufacturing capacity in this industry in our country. Many manufacturers are still stuck in the copy phase. At present, the existed design software of motors is almost based on the platform DOS. It has some disadvantages, such as unfriendly interface, single function and longer design cycle. Consequently, how to raise design efficiency of single-phase series motor and lower material cost and improve existing designs to meet design requirement is an important issue to be focused on in this industry.To resolve this problem, a single-phase motor multi-objective optimization system was developed based on the electromagnetic design. The genetic algorithm(GA) has been applied to achieve the multi-objective optimization for motor efficiency and the effective material cost, so as to make the technical and economic performance indicators are more reasonable.The structure and principle of single-phase series motor was described. The state-of-art and the basic principle of genetic algorithm(GA) and series motor electromagnetic design were introduced in detail, respectively. A mathematical model of multi-objective optimization for single-phase motor was built based on the combination of genetic algorithm and special properties of single-phase motor. The system program of multi-objective optimization for single-phase series motor was programmed by using object-oriented programming platform, Borland C++ Builder. A single-phase series motor electromagnetic design example was given. The design values are compared with the actual values. The result shows that the deviations between the design values and actual values are within the range of design requirement. Hence, it was found that the design system has higher accuracy and practicality. Based on this, the multi-objective optimization process for single-phase series motor was performed by means of optimum design program and a good result was obtained.
