橡胶改性高强混凝土基本性能试验研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的高速发展,越来越多的废旧橡胶制品形成的黑色污染正在威胁着全人类的生存环境。同时,由于高性能混凝土有着高强度、高工作度、高体积稳定性和高抗渗性的特点,从普通混凝土向高性能混凝土发展已成为必然趋势,但其高弹性模量、低韧和高脆性等缺点至今未能妥善地解决。将废橡胶掺入高强混凝土内,既减少了废橡胶固体废弃物,又能够改善高强混凝土的一些性能,能够为生产所用。因此,研究橡胶高强混凝土的材料性能有着重要的科学意义和社会意义。本文研究废轮胎橡胶粉作为一种添加成分取代部分细骨料的高强混凝土的基本力学性能。主要包括以下几个方面的内容:(1).研究了橡胶高强混凝土的物理性能,包括密度和坍落度。为了考察橡胶粉粒径和掺量的变化对高强混凝土材料性能的影响,采用了三种橡胶粉,其尺寸分别为15目、40目和60目,橡胶粉的掺量为胶结材料重量的1%、2%、3%,并等体积代替部份的细骨料。(2).研究了橡胶高强混凝土的抗压性能,包括立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量和应力、应变关系。探讨了橡胶粉粒径和掺量对抗压性能的影响,并统计回归出立方体抗压强度与轴心抗压强度和弹性模量的公式。(3).研究了橡胶高强混凝土的抗拉性能,包括劈裂抗拉试验和抗折试验。探讨了橡胶粉粒径和掺量对抗拉性能的影响,并统计回归出立方体抗压强度与劈拉强度和抗折强度的公式。(4).研究了橡胶高强混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性。研究结果表明,橡胶粉加入到高强混凝土后,减少氯离子渗透,使得混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性增强。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy, the deteriorating "black pollution" resulted from the increasing waste rubber had posed a threat on our living environment. At the same time, the high performance concrete was provided with high strength, high workability, high volume stability and high anti-permeability, so the trend of development from normal concrete to high performance concrete was inevitable. But its disadvantage such as high elastic modulus, low toughness and high brittleness could not be properly settled up to the present. If the waste rubber was mixed into high strength concrete, not only the waste rubber could be used rationally, but some properties of high strength concrete could be improved, and this kind of concrete could be used in some fields. Therefore, it was greatly significant to study the material properties of rubber modified high strength concrete.In this study, basic mechanical properties of high strength concrete with the additive composition of rubber powder replacing part of fine aggregates were investigated. The main contents were listed as follows:(1). The physical properties including density and slump of rubber powder modified high strength concrete were studied. In order to investigate the influence of the size and contents of rubber powder pose on the material performance of high strength concrete, this thesis adopted three kinds of rubber powder. The sieve number of rubber powder used in test was No.15, No.40 and No.60, and the amount of rubber powder used in concrete was 1%, 2% and 3% respectively.(2). The compressive properties including cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, elastic modulus and stress-strain relation of rubber powder modified high strength concrete were studied. Also the effects of rubber powder of different types and contents on compressive properties were investigated. The calculating formulas of cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength, cubic compressive strength and elastic modulus were built.(3). The splitting properties including splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of rubber powder modified high strength concrete were studied. Also the effects of rubber powder of different types and contents on splitting properties were investigated. The calculating formulas of cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, cubic compressive strength and flexural strength were discussed in this thesis.(4). The permeability of chloride ion was studied in this thesis. Test results showed that the capability of chloride permeability was improved with the addition of rubber powder in high strength concrete.
