多级别超限车辆作用下梁桥的承载力评定与加固技术探讨

【摘要】 随着我国现代化工业建设的蓬勃发展,越来越多的超限车辆行驶在现有公路桥梁上,我国现阶段服役的桥梁多为一些梁式桥,对多种级别超限车辆作用下的梁桥进行承载力评定并制定切实可行的加固方案是十分必要的,研究成果具有十分明显的社会经济效益。本文通过分析确定了桥梁承载力安全性评定的原则和步骤,对现有重车过桥承载力评定方法进行了分析总结,确定了本文所采用的评定方法:设计理论法。对于重车通过既有桥梁的评判,基于模糊数学原理,对桥梁技术状况进行模糊综合评判,对旧桥承载能力验算系数Z1提出模糊综合评判取值的方法,并引用例子加以验证。选取具有代表性的5种级别的超限车辆,对常见跨径6m-20m的简支梁桥和标准跨径为8m、10m、13m、16m的四跨连续梁桥分别进行了验算,确定了荷载效应组合值及桥梁抗力值,进行了桥梁承载力评定。通过对上述大量验算数据对比分析,判定重车过桥的可行性。对于简支梁桥,用等代荷载法进行了超限车通行性评定,并将其分析结果与设计理论法得出的结果进行比较,分析了二者之间的差异。结合超限车辆对桥梁结构的破坏机理,探讨了超限车辆作用下桥梁的加固措施,对每种加固方案进行了优劣比较,为保障超限车辆安全过桥做好充分的前期准备工作。最后结合茂名石化那花小桥及小东江大桥超重车过桥实例进行分析,评定了桥梁的承载力,并根据评定结果制定并优化了加固设计方案。

【Abstract】 With the development of the indusrial construction in our country,more and more utimost load vehicles run on the bridges.Most of them are beam bridges at the present stage. It is very necessary to evaluate the bridge bearing capacity and strengthen the bridges, which worked under multirank utimost load vehicles.The research results have remarkable economic benefits.The principles and procedures of the safety evaluation for bearing capacity of the bridges are determined by analysis.This paper gives analysis and summary to current method for bridge bearing capacity evaluation,applies for the method of design theory.For the evaluation of exiting bridges for heavy truck or overloading,fuzzy mathmmatics theorem is used to evaluate the conditions of the bridges quality.The paper also puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for checking parameters Z1 of carry capacity of exiting bridges,and the method is tested by an example.The paper chooses two types of beam bridge as the researching objects.The first type is simply supported beam bridge with span in the range of 6~20m,and the second type is multi-span continuous beam bridge whose spans respectively are 8m, 10m, 13m andl6m.In this paper the loading and resistant force effect values of the researching objects respectively acting by five representative vehicles are calculated and bearing capacity assessment is determined.By comparing and analysing mass calculating data,the feasibility for heavy truck passing the bridges is determined.This paper evaluates the passing fessibility of utmost load vehicle for simply supported beam bridge by equivalent-load method,and compares the results of the analysis and design theory method ,then analysis the difference.According to the damage mechanism of bridge structure acted by utmost load vehicles,the reinforcement measures are discussed,and each measure is compared,which make abundant preparation for the safty guarantee of bridges for heavy trucks and overloading.Finally,with the example of Maoming Petrochemical Company,this paper evaluates the bearing capacity of nahua and xiaodongjiang bridge respectively,then make reasonable reinforcement messures.
