轴向柱塞泵故障诊断和预测方法研究与系统开发

【摘要】 本文主要研究了轴向柱塞泵的故障智能诊断与预测方法,并开发出轴向柱塞泵计算机辅助故障诊断与预测系统。本论文分析了轴向柱塞泵的故障发生机理,确定了故障诊断和预测中需要采集的参量和各参量的采集方法。利用模糊诊断的方法,从故障症状和故障源两条路径来综合评判故障的原因,对轴向柱塞泵故障进行智能诊断。首先分别对测得的故障症状值和故障源值进行模糊量化,然后确定故障症状和故障原因,故障源和故障原因的对应关系,以及他们之间密切关系程度。通过模糊故障诊断模型,来计算各个故障原因严重程度值。严重程度值大的故障原因,就是本文诊断出的最有可能发生的故障原因。通过比较实际检测得到的故障严重程度值和本文诊断出的故障严重程度值,利用最小二乘法的方法对模糊故障诊断模型进行修正。利用灰色预测方法对故障发展的趋势进行预测。采集5组等时间间隔的故障症状值和故障源值,通过本文建立的轴向柱塞泵灰色预测模型,计算出在下一时间间隔时候的故障症状值和故障源值,然后根据本文提出的故障诊断方法,预测出下一时间间隔时候的故障严重程度。论文最后介绍了系统开发的思想和开发的原则。对系统进行了需求分析以及数据库的设计,叙述了系统的主要功能模块和界面的设计。

【Abstract】 This dissertation researched the methods of fault intelligent diagnosing and forecasting of axial plunger pump, and developed its computer aided fault diagnosing and forecasting system.This dissertation analyzed the fault happening mechanism of axial plunger pump, confirmed the parameters and their collecting methods that will be used in the malfunction diagnosing and forecasting process.The causation of fault can be found out through its symptom and source by using the fuzzy diagnosing. Thus realize the intelligent diagnosing of axial plunger pump. The fault diagnosing process is as follows: first, quantify the value of symptom and source of fault, then confirm the correspondences between the symptom and fault causation, the source and fault causation, and how tightly they correspond. Last, figure out the serious value of each fault causation by fuzzy fault diagnosing model. The causation with largest serious value is most likely the fault causation. Get the error of serious value between the practical test and diagnosis. Then correct the fuzzy fault diagnosis model by least square method.Using grey forecasting method, the fault trend of the axial plunger pump can be forecasted. First, we should collect five groups of data, which are measured in the equal interval, then figure out the values of fault symptom and source in the next interval. Last, according the fault diagnosing method put forward in this dissertation, we can forecast how serious the fault will be in the next interval.At last, this dissertation introduced the developing idea and principle of the system, analyzed the requirement, designed the database, introduced the function of main modules, and designed the interface of the system.
