基于无线传感器网络技术的温湿度数据采集系统的研制

【摘要】 近十几年来,我国农业在社会信息化的推动下,正在向农业信息化方向快速发展,作为其核心的数字化农业技术已步入研究开发阶段。为此论文开展了基于无线传感器网络技术的农业温湿度数据采集系统的研制工作。ZigBee无线传感器网络是一种新兴的近距离、低复杂度、低功耗、低数据速率、低成本的无线网络化传输技术,将其应用于农业生产,实现土壤的温度和湿度的采集,进而构成无线温湿度采集系统。该系统具有无需现场布线、采集点设置灵活、采集点覆盖面积广阔、系统维护方便等突出优点,是未来数字化农业基础数据采集的首选技术和方案。论文首先介绍了无线传感器网络系统的体系结构及关键技术,包括IEEE802.15.4标准和ZigBee协议栈。在此基础上对无线传感器网络化农业温湿度数据采集系统进行了总体设计和软硬件开发研制,其中微处理器模块采用的是Freescale公司专门为无线传感器网络节点推出的基于S08核的一款超低功耗单片机处理器MC9S08GT60CFB,无线通信模块采用的是Freesacle公司的窄带、低功耗、2.4GHz ISM频率、包含IEEE802.15.4无线标准协议(即ZigBee协议)的MC13192射频芯片,MC13192工作在开放的2.4GHz频段,支持对等、星型和网状网络结构,与MCU通过四线串行外设接口(SPI)连接。温湿度数据采集模块采用具有全量程标定的数字输出的瑞士Sensirion公司生产的SHT71温湿度一体传感器。它采用专利的CMOSens技术,确保产品具有极高的可靠性与卓越的长期稳定性。该系统前端微控制器程序开发调试环境为Code Warrior开发套件。Code WarriorTM Development Studio(开发套件)是完整的用于编程应用中硬件bring-up的集成开发环境。Code Warrior包括构建平台和应用所必需的所有主要工具—IDE、编译器、调试器、编辑器、链接器、汇编程序等。本系统终端监控PC应用程序是在Visual C++编译环境下开发生成的。论文对无线传感器网络化农业温湿度数据采集系统进行了测试和应用性试验,结果表明该系统各项技术性能指标达到设计要求,具有推广和应用价值。

【Abstract】 The Chinese agriculture which is under the social information-based push, is developing quickly toward information-based direction of agriculture in the past ten years. The digital agriculture technologies that are its core have already followed the research development stage.Wireless sensor network is a new short-range, low complexity, low power, low data rate and low price transmission in a wireless personal area network. Apply it in the agriculture produces in order to collect the temperature and humidity of the soil. Then, the wireless temperature and humidity data acquisition system is constituted. It doesn’t need to arrange the line and the collection node is vivid establish and large-range. So the system will be a first choice in the future.Firstly the structures of wireless sensor network, protocol stack, characteristics and its correlative key are introduced in the thesis. It includes the IEEE802.15.4 specifications and the ZigBee protocol stacks. Then, it introduces the total system design and the software and hardware research of wireless sensor network agriculture temperature and humidity data acquisition system. The Freescale MC9S08GT60CFB MCU is a low power processor based on S08 core and special for wireless sensor network nodes. The RF chip of MC13192 which is low power, 2.4GHz ISM Frequency includes the IEEE802.15.4 protocol standard, the work in the open 2.4GHz frequency band, supports coordinated, the star and the lattice network architecture. Serial outside supposes the connection with MCU through four (SPI) to connect. The SHT71 chip which is made in Switzerland Sensirion Company is used for the temperature and humidity data acquisition. It uses the patent the CMOSens technology, guarantees the product to have the extremely high reliability and the remarkable long-term stability.The developing and debugging environment of the front system micro-controller is Code Warrior Development Studio. Code WarriorTM is completely used in the programming application of the hardware bring-up integrated development environment. Code Warrior includes all the main tools such as IDE, the compiler, the debugger, the editor, the link, the assembly program and so on which are necessary to construct the plat form and be applied. The PC application procedures of the terminal monitors in this system are developed by using Visual C++.After test and application experiments, the wireless sensor network agriculture temperature and humidity data acquisition system shows good performance in low power consumption and stability, and is well qualified to be applied.
