桥面铺装层对空心板桥受力性能影响研究

【摘要】 传统桥梁结构设计和计算中不考虑铺装层与主体结构共同受力,因而忽略铺装层对结构受力性能的影响。随着桥面铺装技术的提高和新材料的应用,桥面铺装层的耐久性得到提高,铺装层与主梁的粘结性能加强,对多数桥梁而言铺装层参与结构受力,因而在结构计算时应考虑铺装层的叠合效应。为明确铺装层叠合效应对空心板桥受力性能的影响,并在结构设计和计算中合理利用铺装层叠合效应,文本通过试验研究和有限元分析对这一问题进行系统的研究。1.根据设计制作3片跨径10m的预应力混凝土空心板,在其中两片上分别浇筑10cm厚的混凝土铺装层和钢纤维混凝土铺装层。通过正截面承载力试验,研究3种类型构件的受力特征,对比分析混凝土铺装层和钢纤维混凝土铺装层对单板正截面受力性能的影响。2.结合试验结果并参考预应力叠合结构相关文献,对考虑铺装层叠合效应的预应力空心板正截面计算方法进行探讨,通过试验值和理论值的比较,验证考虑铺装层叠合效应预应力空心板正截面计算方法的适用性和精度。3.通过预应力空心板桥静载试验,测试5个试验工况下空心板桥跨中截面的应力和变形,对空心板桥整桥的受力性能做出评定。并借助有限元软件,计算各试验工况下空心板桥的应力和变形,与试验测试值比较,分析铺装层叠合效应对空心板桥受力计算的影响。4.通过有限元计算,研究空心板桥铺装层参数对叠合效应的影响,分析不同铺装层厚度和铺装层材料对空心板桥荷载横向分布系数以及板底应力和变形的影响,给出考虑铺装层叠合效应空心板桥建议实用计算方法。5.结合信南高速工程实例,探讨铺装层叠合效应在工程中的应用并提出相应建议。
【Abstract】 In the ordinary bridge design and calculation, the influence of the on the structure performance was neglected, as the overlaid pavement and the main bridge structure not work together. But as the development of the construction method and the appliance of the new material, the durability of the pavement has been advanced, and the bonding performance between the pavement and girder has been enhanced, so the pavement can work with the girder, and the congruence effect should be considered in the calculation. Since there is little study in this domain, it is significative and valuable to research this subject by experiment and FEM analysis.Based on the design, 3 prestressed concrete beams with 10m span were made, and one of them was cast by 10cm thickness of concrete pavement, another one was cast by 10cm thickness of steel fiber concrete pavement. Then the bending performance of beams was studied, and the effects of the pavement on the void plate were analyzed. Reference to the literature on the combination structure and the test results, the calculation method of these structures were discussed. Compared the test results with the calculation results, the applicability and precision of this method were validated. The stress and deformation of 5 load cases was tested through the load test, and performance of the bridge was evaluated. Thorough the FEM analysis the calculation results was contrasted with the test results. The influence of the pavement on the calculation was studied. The influence of the parameter of the pavement on the congruence effect was investigated through the FEM calculation, and the impact of the height and material of the pavement on the transverse distribution, stress and deformation was studied. Then the practical calculation method of void concrete bridge considering the congruence effect was discussed. Also the appliance of the congruence effect in the engineer was discussed, and some advice on the bridge reinforced was advanced in the construction project of highway form XinYang to NanYang.
