WebGIS在建筑监管系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展，传统GIS技术受到了巨大的冲击，特别是GIS应用范围的扩大，人们迫切需要操作简单、价格便宜的地理信息系统，由此促成了WebGIS的诞生。WebGIS是当前GIS应用的热点问题和发展趋势，作为GIS与网络的有机结合，使GIS的应用领域从专家系统扩展到社会的方方面面，成为了大众化的信息工具。河南省建筑市场监管系统其监管的方式主要是通过监管平台实现对工程项目建设流程中重要环节及其有关企业和专业技术人员的静态监管和动态监管。采用GIS对分布在不同地理位置的建筑工程进行管理，可以有效地提高管理效率，细致程度。本文基于以上背景展开，详细分析了WebGIS应用开发技术现状，以及传统空间数据库特点和需求，研究了空间数据与属性数据一体化存储机制，空间数据库存储模型，针对建筑市场监管的应用，采用一种面向对象的方式组织了数据模型，设计了空间数据的存储与管理模型及其与对象模型的O/R映射，讨论了数据的操作与检索方法，根据系统中更关心的建筑物对象，设计了多比例尺映射方式，使在普通精度的地图上对建筑工程的细节描述达到更好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of computer and network technology, the Geographical Information System was impacted on, GIS is particularly the expansion of the scope of application. The urgent need of simple and inexpensive geographical information system led to the birth of WebGIS. The Web GIS is the organic wedge bonding of the GIS and the Internet, it makes the GIS expand from expert system to the square aspect noodles of the society and become a popularized information tool.Henan constructs the market turnkey system mainly by the platform,managing the important progress and relevant business enterprises and professional technical personals. GIS used in the different geographical distribution of construction management to be effective in improving management efficiency, detailed level.Based on the above background. This paper analyzed the WebGIS technology development status, and the traditional spatial database characteristics and needs, studied the storage mechanism of spatial data integration and attribute data , brings forward a data model with Objected-Oriented organization mode and discusses spatial data organization, the structure of Infrastructure Objects, O/R Mapping mode,And discussed the operation and data retrieval methods of the data, for the systems more concerned with the buildings object. Design of a Multi-scale mapping, so in general the accuracy of maps describing the details of construction work to achieve better results.更多还原
