基于AP239的产品配置管理研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术在制造企业中广泛应用,产生了大量的数字化信息,而这些数字信息尚缺乏有效的管理,造成信息资源的再利用和查找困难,为此,产品数据管理(Product Data Management,PDM)技术应运而生。PDM是用来管理所有与产品有关的信息(包括零部件信息、配置信息、文档、CAD文件、授权信息等)和所有与过程有关的信息的技术。产品结构与配置管理是PDM系统的重要组成部分,横跨产品的全生命周期,主要负责产品数据的组织与管理。本文重点阐述了基于STEP应用协议中的AP239部分(即产品生命周期支持协议PLCS)对产品数据管理中的产品结构与配置管理模块提出了数据交换接口的解决和实现方法并生成了产品结构树并对其进行配置。本论文探索应用协议AP239中的产品数据对象到关系数据库接口的实现方法,采用标准数据访问接口(SDAI)实现从一个应用协议到大型的关系数据库的数据转换,数据提取和操作,生成符合应用协议AP239的产品数据库。数据转换是利用STEP Tools公司提供的ROSE工具和ROSE C++库实现的。使用数据库系统管理比文件系统管理有更多的优点,便于将来在互联网上实现数据共享。由于船舶设计中涉及的数据量非常大,数据间的关系结构复杂,对数据的共享性要求较高,而数据库是解决该问题的最好办法。所以本文采用基于通用数据库系统的数据管理方法,进行了基于关系型数据库的设计。本课题研究的主要内容是用CATIA软件绘制出产品的三维模型,并生成step中性文件,然后通过VC++软件从文件中取出与产品装配相关的数据存储在大型的关系数据库中,再从数据库中提取相关数据显示在界面上生成产品结构树,最后再对产品结构树根据用户定义好的符合AP239的产品配置规则和需求进行配置。

【Abstract】 With the broad applications of computer in the manufacturing industry, large numbers of information lacked of effective managed has come out. Those bring the difficults of reusing and finding information, so Product Dada Management (PDM) has come out. The PDM is the technology that it is using managing all the interrelated information of product (including parts information, configuration information, document, CAD files, authorize information and so on) and all the interrelated information of process. Product structure and configuration management is the most importance in PDM through all life cycle of product, taking charge organization and management product data. This paper focuses on research about the ways for the exchange and realize of product data and about building of product structure tree and configuration for the model of product structure and configuration management in product data management system based Shipbuilding STEP Application protocols AP239 (Application protocol 239,i.e. Product Life Cycle Support).This paper created a new thought for the data interface implementation from product data objects of the Application protocols AP239 to a large relation database. Here I take the advantage of SDAI, exchange data from one Application Protocol (AP) to large relation database, retrieve data and create a Product Database which conform to AP239.The data interface was implemented using ROSE tools and ROSE C++ lib provided by STEP Tools company. Database management system has most advantages than file management system. Database can meet the requirement of sharing product data on Internet in the future.Because the database is the very popular and best way to manage CAD system’s data in current time,it can solve such questions as data redundancy, complex data structure and data share in naval architecture. So in this thesis. data was managed by common database management system and designed it. Content of the research work is realized to draw the product by CATIA software,to get step file,to get interrelated data about product assembly and to store those data to product database, and to built of product structure tree used VC++ software ,then configuration that tree based product configuration rules accord with the AP239 defined by users and requires.
