多层建筑围护结构外墙角热桥传热分析

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,能源短缺日益严重,建筑节能变得越来越重要。采取有效措施,降低建筑能耗,对于我国建筑业的可持续发展,缓解我国能源供求紧张局面具有十分重要的意义。目前的建筑设计中广泛采用保温方式,但保温后从热桥散失的热量却是不容忽视的,若处理不当将严重影响到人们的生活和健康。因此,对建筑热桥传热情况的研究是十分必要的。本文在国内外建筑节能研究的基础上,对哈尔滨市几种典型结构多层建筑的外墙角热桥进行了大量的实验测量,并基于计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对热桥的传热过程进行了稳态和非稳态的数值模拟,根据数值模拟结果详细分析了各热桥的影响范围和内表面温度,并提出了降低外墙角热桥影响范围的改进措施。根据典型结构的外墙角热桥在不同保温条件下的内表面温度的数值模拟结果的对比分析可知,采用外保温方式时,热桥内表面的温度波动较小,更利于提高室内人员的舒适感。数值计算的分析结果与节能检测分析结果的对比研究表明,采用数值计算的方法来研究墙角热桥的传热性能是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 With the development of social economy, energy shortage gets serious increasingly, so energy-saving in buildings becomes more and more important. The reduction of energy consumption in buildings by taking effective measures is of great significance to sustainable development of building industry and the easement of urgent complexion of supply and demand in our country. At present, manifold preservation measures have been taken in building designs, but the energy loss from the thermal bridges due to heat preservation cannot be neglected. And our lives and health will be affected seriously if the thermal bridges were not be done with well. So the study of heat transfer in thermal bridges in buildings is very necessary.On the base of the research of energy-saving in buildings home and abroad, a lot of experiments on some typical structural thermal bridges of external wall corner of multi-story building in Harbin city were carried out. Moreover, based on computational dynamics software FLUENT, some steady and transient thermal process of those thermal bridges was also numerically simulated. According to the results of numerical simulation, the influence scope and internal surface temperature of every thermal bridge were analyzed in detail, and also better measures were put forward to decrease the influence of thermal bridge. With the comparative analysis of surface temperature of thermal bridges of external wall corner of typical structure, the internal surface temperature of thermal bridge with exterior preservation fluctuated slightly, and this situation was more beneficial to enhance people’s comfortable feeling in room. The comparative research of the results from numerical simulation and energy efficiency inspection showed that it was practical and possible to study the thermal performance of wall corner by numerically simulating.
