以太网物理隔离器的研究与实现

【摘要】 论文介绍了以太网物理隔离器的相关知识和基于嵌入式以太网技术的八通道物理隔离器的设计。该系统采用以太网交换机芯片作网络切换开关,支持标准的10BASE-T和100BASE-TX物理层性能规范,具有较强的可扩展性,较基于继电器网络切换的物理隔离系统有较大的技术改进。物理隔离器由一个物理隔离控制器和八个安装在用户主机内部的终端组成。前者负责各通道用户机的网络切换,后者识别用户IC卡,切换硬盘并将用户的权限信息交互给前者以作为其网络切换的依据。物理隔离控制器采用MCF5271作处理器,经由EPF10K30A作通道选择,控制八片KS8995MA芯片切换网络,可支持10/100Mbps的网络通信速度。用户终端采用C8051F226作控制器,识别SLE4442卡内的用户身份和权限,经由EPM7064切换双硬盘,并用10Mbps网络接口芯片RTL8019AS与隔离控制器交互网络访问请求。该物理隔离器主要用于内网和外网的物理隔离,两个网络之间无文件传输。作为实验平台,通过软件编程可以进行多种论证性实验,在物理隔离技术和安全信息交换的研究上具有一定的实际意义。论文对课题背景、系统方案、系统设计和系统测试等方面做了详细的论述,并已经完成物理隔离器基本功能的调试。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces some related knowledge on Ethernet physical isolating system and its Eight-channel design based on the embedded Ethernet technology, which adopts Ethernet switch to isolate two networks, supports 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX, has good consideration of the system extensibility. Compared with physical isolating system based on the relay network switching, it has been greatly improved.The system is made up with one physical isolating controller and eight Ethernet terminals which be fitted in the user’s computer. The controller is used to switch each channel’s network, and the terminal is used to recognize the user’s IC card, select one of two hard discs and send the user’s information to the controller. And then the controller can make the choice of switching networks according to the identity.Physical isolating controller, which supports 10/100 Mbps, uses MCF5271 to be the processor, selects the corresponding channel via EPF10K30A, and controls eight KS8995MA chips to select network. The user’s terminal uses C8051F226 as the controller, indentifies user’s ID and rights in the SLE4442 card, selects one of two hard discs via EPM7064, and communicates with isolating controller via network interface chip RTL8019AS with the speed of 10Mbps.The system is used to isolate local network and public network, which needn’t exchange data between two networks. As a experimental platform, the design scheme can be proved by software programming with it. It is important on the research of physical isolation technology and safe imformation exchange.The paper gives details on the background of the task, system scheme, system design, system test and so on, and the debug of its basic function has been fininshed.
