基于战术数据链的机群编队组网研究

【摘要】 信息化战争的一个重要特点是战机武器平台之间实现编队组网,并进行多源信息融合,做到信息资源共享,从而最大程度地提高武器平台的作战效能。战术数据链信息网络将战场上的各种指挥控制系统组成一个一体化的互联网络,上至最高统帅指挥机构,中至战役战术指挥机构,下至每一个武器平台甚至单个士兵,全部联为一体。正是由于战术数据链和多源信息融合的进步,才使武器平台间的编队组网成为可能。空中机群编队作为一个作战单位,一般包括预警机、本机、多架友机等多个作战平台。各单元作为辅助传感器传送融合航迹和标识信息,通过战术数据链与预警机上的中心目标数据库或通过战术数据链与地面指挥站进行融合。本文主要对Link 16及JTIDS的时分多址特性、时隙特点和时隙分配进行了分析与研究,通过编程对Link 16的时隙与通信特性进行了模拟,完成了飞行编队中长机、僚机和预警机之间的战术信息交换。同时研究分析了多平台数据融合系统仿真平台的设计。

【Abstract】 An important characteristics of the information-based war is realize formation networking among the battleplane’ weapon platform, also carry on multi-information fusion, realize share the information resources, thereby raise battle effect of the weapon platform in the biggest degree. Various conductor of the battlefields control systems are constituted integration network by information network of tactical data link, up to tiptop captain direct organization ,middle to battle military tactics direct organization,down to every weapon platform even single soldier,all compose to a unit. Because of the progress of tactical data link and multi-information fusion, make formation networking among weapon platforms possibility.Formation of air fleet as a battle unit, commonly include early-warning plane, local plane,several friend planes and so on several battle platforms. Each unit as an assistant sensor transmit fusion track and marking information, carry on fusion via with center target database of early-warning plane and ground conductor station by tactical data link.In this paper has carried on the analysis and the research to tdma, time slot and the assignment of time slot characteristic of Link-16 and JTIDS, also through the programming simulation the characteristic of time slot and communications, completed tactical information exchange in formation among lead plane, wing plane and early warning airplane. Also research and analyze the design of multiple plane data fusion system simulation platform.
