【摘要】 随着全面建设小康社会的展开，我国农村社会经济进入了一个崭新的发展时期。农村公路作为农村社会的重要基础设施，其规划布局对于推动农村公路建设、促进整个农村地区社会经济的发展有着重要作用。首先，本文从分析农村公路特点入手，以我国农村的社会经济现状为背景，重点把握农村公路的地位功能，分析农村公路不同于其他干线公路的特殊性。结合我国农村地区实际情况，从现有理论中选取实用性、可操作性强的规划方法，确定研究思路。其次，进行农村公路网的规划布局。预测规划区的社会经济及交通需求。以提高路网连通性为目标，确定路网合理规模。应用点——线——面逐层展开的思想，将重要度作为布局依据，利用图论理论中最优树方法确定路网布局方案。建立一套适合农村公路网规划布局评价的指标体系，分别对定量、定性指标进行无量纲化处理，用层次分析法计算各个指标的权重，利用价值分析法和模糊综合评价法评价规划方案。最后，结合四川省广元市元坝区的农村公路发展情况，对元坝区的农村公路网进行规划，对所做研究进行案例证实。总的来讲，本文在理论方面分析农村公路网规划的特点，应用合适的方法、模型；在实践方面，应用已有理论，分析研究元坝区农村公路网的规划布局。不仅完善了研究理论，也具有极深的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the building of the well-off society, the development of rural economy has entered in a new stage. As the essential facility in rural society, the program of rural highway plays an important role in improving the construction of rural highway and the development of regional economy.First, under the background of current rural economy, this paper aims to analyze the characteristics of rural highway, focusing on the distinctiveness in comparison to programming of other arterial highway. The research methods with more feasibility and operability are used in this paper, considering the existing circumstances in rural region of China.Then, the distribution of highway network has been designed in this paper. Through predicating the demands considering social economy and traffic in the planned areas, aiming at guaranteeing the network of rural highway being connected effectively, the reasonable scope of rural highway has been confirmed. Under the guidance of such thought from the node to the line, and then the whole network gradually, and according to the degree of importance, the layout of network with the method of optimal tree in Graph theory. This paper attempts at establishing a set of evaluation index system applicable to rural highway network, based on respectively processing these index both qualitative and quantitative, so as to be standardized. Furthermore, the weight involved in each index was calculated with AHP, and then with methods of value analysis and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation the program has been assessed.Finally, considering the development of rural highway in Yuanba district of Guangyuan city in Sichuan province, the theory analyzed previously was put into practice so as to be testified in the empirical study of programming the network of Yuanba’s highway network.In a summary, on the one hand, theoretically, features of rural highway network has been analyzed through suitable methods and models; on the other hand, practically such theory was put into practice in the case study of the construction of Yuanba highway network.更多还原
