机车在线监测数据存储传输系统的研究

【摘要】 机车运行状态直接关系到铁路运行的安全,而机车运行状态的监测与机车维修是机车保持良好状态的有力保障。随着铁路运行速度的不断提高和运输密度的不断增加,机车检修能力的不足与检修手段的落后已经越来越成为铁路系统安全与高效运行的瓶颈,要解决这一问题,国际共识就是按机车运行状态对机车进行检修。要实现机车车辆的状态修,首要任务就是对机车的运行状态进行实时的监测,同时记录机车运行状态的各项参数,并对这些参数进行科学地分析和处理,从而对设备的工况和运行趋势作正确诊断并提供相应决策。因此实现对机车运行数据的存储、分析具有很强的现实意义和实际需求。机车在线监测数据存储传输系统就是为了全面地检测机车运行过程中的各种状态参数,对检测到的数据进行保存,并能将检测到的数据传送到地面,为实现机车的状态修提供必要的历史数据。本文的工作主要围绕机车在线监测数据存储传输系统的研究来进行,该系统采用CAN总统与各个检测模块通信,并将接收到的数据保存在大容量存储器CF卡中。通过对现有数据转储方式的分析和比较,系统采用USB闪存盘(俗称U盘)或无线数据传输的方式将数据传送到地面系统。U盘具有使用方便、容量大、数据可靠和价格低等优点,己经成为移动存储的不二选择。本文在结合我国电力机车运行条件和机车在线监测现状的基础上,充分运用现代成熟技术,重点探讨了CAN总线网络和USB系统的设计要点,并对U盘使用的FAT文件系统进行了分析,文章最后给出了数据存储传输系统的硬件和软件设计。
【Abstract】 The locomotive running state has a direct connection to the safety of railway transportation. Thus monitoring the running state of locomotive and maintaining locomotive is the strong guarantee to keep the locomotive in good condition. With the increasing of the speed of railway transport and the enhancement of transport density, the insufficiency of locomotive overhaul and the laggard overhaul method has been an obstacle to the safety of railway system and running efficiency. To solve this problem, the international common viewpoint is overhauling the locomotive in the its running condition. To achieve state repair of locomotive vehicles, the first task is to monitor their running condition in real time, record every parameter of its running state at the same time, analyze and process scientifically this parameter. So we can make right diagnosis and offer the corresponding strategy to work condition and running current. Thus the storage and analysis of the locomotive running data has a strong practical significance and demand. The data storage and transmission system for the on-line monitoring of locomotive is made to check roundly all kinds of state parameter during the locomotive running process, to store the data of detection and transmit this data to the ground, providing the historical data for locomotive state repair.This paper focuses on research of the data storage and transmission system for on-line monitoring of locomotive. The system uses CAN bus to communicate with every examining module, and store the state data to the mass memory CF card. With the analysis and comparison of the data storage mode we have, the system transmit the state data to the ground via USB flash disk or wireless transmission. USB flash disk has an advantage of convenience, huge capability, credibility and low price. So it is the unique choice of portable data storage.Based on the combination of locomotive running condition of our country and status of locomotive’s on-line monitoring, this paper uses the advantage mature techniques, emphasizes the key point of the design of CAN bus net and USB system, and analyze the FAT file system. In the end of the paper, it provides the software and hardware design of the data storage and transmission system.
