武汉长江隧道大型管片衬砌结构力学特征研究

【摘要】 近年来,盾构法施工在隧道工程中的应用日益广泛,尤其是在越江隧道的建设中发挥了巨大的作用。随着越来越多的越江大型盾构隧道的开工,大型盾构隧道衬砌结构受力状况的研究也显得更为重要。论文以武汉长江隧道为研究背景,采用有限元数值模拟分析以及大型室内相似模型试验为研究手段,对大型管片的结构受力规律和影响因素进行了全面系统的研究。(1)采用基于梁—弹簧模型的有限元数值分析,将周围地层作用模拟为具有拉压和剪切作用的弹簧,将盾构隧道管片模拟为梁,将环向接头螺栓模拟为转动弹簧。通过对不同分块方式下的盾构隧道衬砌环变形、弯矩以及轴力分布的计算分析,得出了不同分块方式下的管片环衬砌结构的力学特征,选择了一种最优分块方式。(2)采用1:20的几何相似比和1:1的容重相似比为基础相似比进行室内模型试验,实现了在弹性范围内各物理力学参数的相似性。根据试验结果,研究了管片环衬砌结构在不同荷载作用下,结构内力和变形受土体荷载、水荷载以及侧压力系数变化的影响规律,并与数值模拟结果对比,提出了不同计算模式下土体荷载、水荷载和侧压力系数的选用方法。(3)根据试验和数值模拟结果,分析了复杂地层对管片环结构衬砌结构力学分布特性的影响,并与普通地层下的结构受力特征相比较,探明了在软硬不均复杂地层条件下管片环结构衬砌结构受力特征。
【Abstract】 The shield tunnelling method is more and more widely used in recent years, and it has played an important role in the construction of river-crossing shield tunnels. With the construction of more and more river-crossing large shield tunnels, the study on structural mechancial behavior of the segments of large shield tunnels is more important. Based on the Wuhan river-crossing shield tunnel, this paper uses FEM and similar model test as the research means to systematically study the mechancial behavior and influencing rules of the structure of the large shield tunnel segment.(1) Adopting finite element numerical simulation analysis based on ’beam-spring’ model, simplifying peripheral soil action as pulling and compressing and shearing spring action, entitling the segment to be beam element, and simplifying the joint to be rotating spring. By calculating and summarizing the deformations, moments, axial forces in the segment ring, studying the mechanics behavior of the segment ring in the case of different division methods, selecting the best division methods.(2) Taking geometric similarity ratio 1:20 and bulk density similarity ratio 1:1 as basic similarity ratio and carriing out indoor model test, realizing complete similarity in elastic range for controlled physical mechanical parameters. According to test results, studying the deformations, moments, axial forces of the segment ring which affected by water pressure、earth pressure and lateral pressure, then comparing the test results with the numerical simulation results, putting forward the method of selecting these paramaters when using different calculating modes.(3) According to test results and the numerical simulation results, studying the impact of complex geological condition on structure mechanical distributing of the segment ring, comparing it with normal condition, putting forward the structural mechanical behavior of the segment ring of large shield tunnel under complex geological condition.
