【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展，人民生活水平的提高，居民交通出行和货物运输的增加，居民对出行的安全、舒适、方便和快捷等提出了更高的要求。但近几年来，我国道路交通事故日益频繁，严重阻碍了我国的经济发展，影响到我国建设和谐社会的重要目标。道路运输企业承担着大量的客货运输，如何保障运输和企业内部的安全生产，将有限的资金投入到安全生产中，发挥最大的安全效益，实现人、车、路和管理的协调运作，是本文研究的内容。本文主要内容包括：1、结合我国现状，分析了我国道路运输企业现状和安全生产现状。2、阐述了道路运输企业安全投入的特点、安全投入的构成、安全投入的来源，从社会政治、经济发展水平、科学技术水平、市场和其他因素5个角度分析了对安全投入的影响。3、分析了安全效益的特点，将道路运输企业安全效益分为经济效益和非经济效益，并进行了相应的估算。提出了提高安全效益的途径和方法。4、结合安全投入和安全效益的特点，假设一运输企业，运用安全投入合理度模型对运输企业安全投入合理度进行评价，并应用诺模图来辅助分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country’s economy, residents traveling and goods transportation increase rapidly, which need more requirement of traveling, such as safety , comfortable , convenient, speed and so on. However, during the past few years, our country’s road accident become to happen frequently, which blocked the economic growth seriously and influence the target of construction the harmonious society’s of our country. The road transportation enterprise transport large numbers of passengers and goods, the safety work is how to ensure safety of transportation and inside of enterprise, and how to use limited fund to invest into safety work to bring the maximal safety benefit, make person, vehicles, road and administrative coordination operates naturally, which is this thesis’s research content.This thesis’s primary contents include below:1.In terms of our country’s current situation, it analyses our country’s road transporting enterprise current situation and current safety situation.2.It expatiates the characteristic of safety investment, composing of safety investment safety, and source of safety investment, and analyses the effect of investment of safety from five angles like society politics , economic development level, scientific and technological level, market and others.3.It analyses the characteristic of safety benefit, the road transportation enterprise safety benefits are compose of economic benefit and not economic benefit, and carries out corresponding estimate. And bring forward approach and method of improving safety benefit.4, In terms of the characteristic of safety investment and safety benefits, suppose one transportation enterprise, and use safety investment model to appraise the enterprise and analyses it with nomogram.更多还原
