【摘要】 论文以演化经济学为理论基础，以超边际分析方法为分析工具，对企业战略的经济学基础进行研究。企业系统的适应性体现为企业与环境之间互动的程度，企业战略是一种与环境保持互动的机制。所以，企业要与所处环境保持高度互动、高度适应，就必须选择适合企业自身状态并能够应对所处环境的有效战略，即选择使企业战略效用达到最大的企业战略。论文首先阐述了其理论基础，并对国内外研究现状进行收集、概括和分析，发现目前国内外研究成果还没有形成一个对战略的经济学分析的系统框架，而只是从不同的角度、不同的结构层次对战略的经济学基础进行了零散、局部的分析；接下来，论文回顾了传统企业战略的基本理论，分析了其缺陷及缺陷原因，在此基础上阐述了适应性企业战略理论和模式，并对其进行了演化分析；然后，论文对目前影响战略选择的因素进行分析，并从演化经济学的角度，挖掘其本质，构建战略选择影响参数指标体系；同时论文从平衡记分卡的角度定义了企业战略效用，并以战略选择影响参数指标为参变量构建战略效用函数；最后论文对效用函数使用超边际方法进行分析，寻找和确定企业目前结构状态所对应的使得效用最大化的企业战略，从而提供了企业战略选择的定量工具，更加科学的为企业战略理论的发展提供科学依据，也为企业战略实践提供理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project is focused on searching for the economical basis of the enterprise strategy.The paper does a deep reseach on the economical basis of the enterprise strategy on the theory basis of the evolutionary economics and on the method of Inframarginal Analysis. The adaptivity of the enterprise system is indicates as the extent of the interaction between the enterprise and its external environment, and the enterprise strategy is a mechanism which help the enterprise keep interactive with its environment. So if the enterprise wants to keep a high interactive and adaptive to the environment, it must choose a right strategy matched with its own internal conditions and the environment. That is to say to choose a strategy which makes its utility most.The paper firstly expatiate its theorical basis, and analyses the national and foreign works related.It finds that there has been no systematical frame for the economical basis for the strategy, but only partial description and scattered thoughts on it from different angels and levels. Then the paper looks back the basic theories of the traditional enterprise strategy, and analyses their defects and the causes, at the base of which, the paper explains the theory and the model of the adaptive strategy for enterprise. In the following, the paper does a deep study into the existing influential factors of the strategy choice and analyses the factors from the angle of evolutionary economics to find their nature, and constructs the parameter index systems influencing strategy operation. At the same time, the paper defines the utility function of the strategy based on the thoughts of BSC and constructs the utility function of the strategy. At last, the paper analyses the utility function by Inframarginal Analysis, looking for and confirming the right strategy structure which makes the utility most and which matches with the present conditions. The research provides a quantitative tool for the strategy action, which will provides the guidance for the strategy practice and has a profound meaning.更多还原
