【摘要】 撒切尔政府的欧洲政策是不反对英国加入欧共体，但强调的是独立主权国家联合的欧洲，而不是日益走向一体化的欧共体。这一时期英国解决了预算摊款问题，积极参与欧共体内部建设，加强与欧共体的外交防务合作；使英国在欧美关系中扮演“粘合剂”的特殊角色。她在坚持保守党外交政策原则的同时，也给她的欧洲政策打上了明显的撒切尔印记。撒切尔政府在执政后期转向抵制欧共体一体化，最终导致英国的欧洲政策陷入困境。撒切尔政府的外交对其后两届政府的外交有重要影响，从梅杰和布莱尔政府时期的外交实践中还可以看到撒切尔外交的影子。研究这一时期的英国与欧洲一体化对理解战后英国外交政策和实践，解读当前英欧关系的新发展有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文共分为三章。第一章介绍1945年—1979年的英国与欧洲一体化，分析撒切尔政府欧洲政策的起源。第二章论述了撒切尔政府时期的英国与欧洲一体化，分析撒切尔政府对欧共体的立场。第三章着重于对撒切尔政府欧洲政策的评价，分析英国对欧共体持怀疑主义的原因，并对其后政府的欧洲政策做了论述和评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Thatcher government’s European policy approvaled England joins the European Economic Community, But emphasized was independent sovereign state union Europe , not moved towards European Integration day by day . In Thatcher Administration had solved the budget booth funds problem, positively participated in EC interior construction, strengthensed with European Economic Community’s diplomatic defense cooperation;Causes England relates in Europe and America acts "the bond" the special role. This relationship became more conspicuous and developed into a new level in Thatcher’s government. In later period the Thatcher government transfered in being resists the European Economic Community integration the manner, finally caused English the European policy to fall into the difficult position. Thatcher’s diplomacy has great influence on her two successors. We can find the trace of Thatcher’s diplomacy from Major’s government and Blair’s government. Study on this relationship is important to understand the policies and practice of British diplomacy and catch the developing of the relationship between European and Britain.There are three sections in this thesis. First chapter introduced in 1945 -1979 England and the European integration and analyzes the origin of the Thatcher’s European policy. The second chapter elaborated England and the European integration in Thatcher’s government and analyzes the Thatcher government to E C’s standpoint. The third chapter analyzes the Thatcher’s European policy and Elaborates her two successors’s diplomacy, And analyzes the reason Britain to hold the suspicion principle to the European Economic Community .更多还原
