企业技术知识转化矩阵模型探讨

【摘要】 企业的核心知识和能力是企业长期竞争优势的来源,技术知识是构成企业技术核心能力的基础。企业的技术资源只有转化为技术载体,并最终表现为产品技术含量、批量和质量的提高,才能转化为现实的经济效益。如何用自然科学所引申出来的选择理论以及材料选择技术来解决技术知识转化问题已经成为理论和实践中的一个热点问题。本文综合和借鉴了国内外对知识转化的有关研究理论成果,尝试着从企业技术知识转化的一般模式,进一步的以各领域技术知识成熟度的状态和各企业状态为横纵轴,构建了企业技术知识转化矩阵。从理论层面上,剖析了企业技术生态位的竞争排斥规律,让企业了解其技术所处的位置,认清企业技术知识的优势和不足。在此基础上,阐述了企业应如何正确识别和判断技术的发展趋势,以便企业沿着特定的技术轨道实现企业的持续技术创新,发展可持续的竞争优势。

【Abstract】 The key knowledge and ability of enterprises are sources of their longtime competitive advantage. Technological knowledge is a foundation of forming core capability of enterprise’s technology. The technological resources of enterprises could turn into the realistic economic benefits, only when they are turned into the technological carrier, and are shown as the improvement of the technological content of the products, batch and quality finally. How to use the theory of selection amplified from the natural science and the technology of material selection already become a focus on the theory and practice.Synthesizing and drawing lessons from the achievement of relevant research about the transformation of knowledge both at home and abroad, this dissertation has tried from the general mode of enterprise’s technology-knowledge transformation and further used the states of the degree of knowledge maturity of technological knowledge in every domain and the states of every enterprise as horizontal and normal axes respectively, to construct the transform matrix of the enterprise’s technological knowledge. The law of competition and repellency of the ecological location of enterprise’s technology are analyzed from the theoretical aspect, which makes the enterprises understanding their technological position and seeing clearly the advantage and deficiency of their technological knowledge. On this basis, it is explained that how enterprises discern and judge the development trend of technology correctly to realize the lasting technological innovations along the specific technological track and develop the sustainable competition advantage.
