【摘要】 随经济全球化趋势的加快，以跨国公司为主体的外商直接投资(Foreign Direct Investment，简写为FDI)，在经济发展中扮演了越来越重要的角色。国内外学者从不同的角度研究FDI的流入与东道国经济增长的内在联系，普遍认为：FDI带来的资本及其外溢效应在很大程度上促进了东道国的经济增长。外商投资已经成为中国经济中最富活力的组成部分，FDI的流入增加了中国经济的开放程度，促进了中国经济增长。但是由于外商投资地区比例严重失衡，具体而言东南部沿海地区较中西部地区吸引了更多的外商直接投资，所以外资对经济增长的贡献主要表现在东部和南部地区，而不是中西部，各地区利用外资的差距明显。湖北作为中国中部地区的重要组成部分，在中部崛起战略中怎样更好利用外资发展经济是一个很值得讨论和研究的问题。本文数据主要来源于湖北统计年鉴、湖北年鉴、和网上资料，以及根据这些资料整理分析所得。研究方法则采用归纳描述(定性分析)和相关计量经济学模型(定量分析)。本文分为四部分。第一部分介绍了论文的选题背景、写作意义、所采用的方法，国内外文献综述，一些相关概念等。第二部分对来湖北省利用FDI的概况做了总结，并从来源地分布、行业分布、利用方式和地区差异角度分析FDI的特点，旨在揭示省级区域利用FDI的规律。第三部分研究FDI对湖北省经济增长的影响，主要通过建立计量经济学模型研究FDI与GDP的内在联系，旨在研究FDI与GDP内在的关系。第四部分在实证分析的基础上对湖北省如何有效利用外资提出相关的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with economic globalization, the multinational corporations as the main part of foreign direct investment (Foreign Direct Investment, simple form is FDI), play the more and more important role in the economic development. The domestic and foreign scholars study the inner link which FDI promotes the inflow and the host country economic growth from the different angle,the scholars generally consider: FDI brings the capital and the overflow effect increase the host country economical growth in the very great degree. The foreign capital already becomes the great important part of China economy, the FDI inflow increases the Chinese economy opening degree, promots the Chinese economic growth. But because there is serious unbalance between different area in China in the inflow and effect of the foreign invests, for example, comparing the coastal area to the mid-west area ,the first attracts more foreign direct investment than the second, therefore the contributions of FDI is more obvious in the east and south area. Hubei as the central part of China, how to efficiently use the foreign capital is worth discussing and researching.The datas are mainly from the Hubei statistics yearbook,the Hubei economic yearbook, and the on-line material, as well as analyses according to these material . The researching method is the induction description (qualitative analysis) and the correlation econometrics model (quantitative analysis).This paper is divided into 4 parts. Part I: Introduces the related concepts of foreign direct investment, research significances, research techniques and the domestic and foreign researchsumrnaries. The goal is to clear about the methods, grasp the full technical route, and build the foundation for the concrete factors. Part II : Analyzes FDI condition in Hubei Province from diffrent angle:the source area distribution, the profession distribution,the using method and the regional disparity ,namely display the FDI development tendency and present situation in Hubei Province. Part III: Studies the influence which FDI contributes to the Hubei Province economy, mainly through econometrics model study FDI and the GDP intrinsic relations. Part IV :Based on the second, third parts, this part proposes the concrete countermeasures of FDI in Hubei Province.更多还原
