【摘要】 知识管理和虚拟物流由于产生的时间不长，还属于新生事物，却已经引起了国内外学者的广泛关注，相关的理论和研究如雨后春笋，但把二者的优势结合起来进行研究和应用的案例并不多。本文立足于知识管理的优点，从知识管理对企业的作用和意义开始，对以知识管理为基础建立虚拟物流企业联盟进行了深入地研究：首先，本文从知识管理的产生入手，详细介绍了知识管理的定义、特点及作用，然后从四个方面阐述了知识管理对物流企业的影响；以虚拟企业的出现为引线，表述了虚拟企业的定义及特性，进一步牵出了物流企业虚拟化的趋势、定义，并从三个方面详细描述了物流企业虚拟化的趋势特征。其次，介绍了物流管理的三个发展阶段，并具体描述了信息化给物流带来的影响。先描述信息化的作用是为下面将信息化和知识管理作对比，说明现代物流必将从信息化走向知识管理，从而过渡到知识管理与物流企业虚拟化的联系之中。再次，分别介绍了基于知识管理的物流企业虚拟化的运行模式和结构，从常用的三种模式着手，结合虚拟物流企业联盟的意义、特点，综合了前面三种模式的优点，提出了基于知识管理的虚拟物流企业联盟的结构，并构建了其运作系统和市场模型。除此之外，分析了基于知识管理的虚拟物流企业联盟稳定运行所需要的三种机制。最后，研究了在知识管理的基础上实施物流企业虚拟化可能面对的问题，并提出了相应地建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge Management and Virtual Logistics are new concepts, for they come into being not very long, but many scholars pay attention to and get more research on them. But the cases combine the tow parts together are fewer. This paper introduces the signification firstly, then research deeply on Virtual Logistics Confederation based on knowledge network:In the first part, the paper introduces the definition、characteristic and signification, then expatiates the influence of knowledge to logistics corporation on four aspects; begins with the appearance of virtual corporation, introduces its’ definition and characteristic, and then expatiates the virtual trend of logistics corporation on three aspects.Secondly, introduces the three stages of logistics management, and describes the influence of Informatization to logistics concretely, why does it describe the signification of Informatization? Just contract it to knowledge management: it lacks the "creation" that knowledge management has, then shifts to the contact of knowledge management and virtual logistics corporation.Thirdly, introduces the running mode and structure of virtual logistics corporation based on knowledge management concretely: there are three modes in common use, but they are not fit for the virtual logistics based on knowledge management, the paper puts forward a new mode, and constitutes its’ system and market model. What’s more, the paper also analyses the running mechanism that the corporation needs. Finally, analyses the difficulties we may meet when practise the virtual logistics corporation based on knowledge management, then puts forward the countermeasure and advice accordingly.更多还原
