名校长成长的影响因素探析

【摘要】 办好学校，教师是基础，校长是关键。校长，作为深化教育改革全面推进素质教育进程中必不可少的重要角色，是办好教育的关键性人物。要解决落后地区的教育问题，首先要培养出一批名校长推动教育的发展。新沂市刚刚产生出一批名校长，这些名校长在成长过程中，受到哪些方面因素的影响，哪些因素对校长成长的影响最大?研究这些问题可以使当地教育行政部门对校长的选拔、任用、考核能抓住关键因素，增强干部管理的科学性；可以使干部培训部门更有针对地做好培训工作；可以使校长在成长的过程中避开不利因素，尽快成长。本文通过对新沂市10名名校长的调查问卷分析及深度访谈，在背景因素分析的基础上总结出影响名校长的成长有内部因素、外部因素及内、外部因素的相互作用。在对这些因素进行系统分析后得出结论：先进、明确的教育理念和学校发展愿景是名校长成长的航标、丰富的学校基层岗位管理经验是名校长成长的实践基础、出众的管理才能是影响名校长成长的必备因素、提高自身素质是名校长成长的根本保证、校长的工作作风是影响他们成长的突破口、政府的大力支持和公众的认可帮助是名校长成长的外部保障、评价与培训是名校长成长的催化剂，并就校长选拔、校长培训、校长激励、校长考核提出合理化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 To run a school properply,teachers are the foundation while president is the key.As an important and necessary role in deepening educational innovation and pushing diathesis education, a president is the main character. To solve the education problems in the areas that drop behind,a number of famous presidents should be first trained to promote the development of education. Some famous presidents have just come into being in Xiyi. What factors have affected the pullulation of these famous presidents and what factors have the most affection? Studying these problems can make the local educational administration seize the key factors in selecting, appointing and assessing the presidents. It can build up scientific administration of cadres,make the department of training cadres do better in training,and keep the presidents away from disadvantageous factors in their pullulation and to pullulate as soon as possible.This essay is based on the investigation of ten famous presidents in Xinyi, Through analysis and interviews with these presidents, we come to the conclusion that the factors affecting the pullulation of the famous presidents have both the interior and exterior factors as well as the interact.The conclusion is that advanced,specific educational ideas and the development of school is the symbol of pullulation of the famous presidents,the rich experience in the management of basic posts in school is the practical basis of their pullulation and the outstanding ability of management is the necessary factor that affects their pullulation. To improve their self-diathesis is their fundemental ensureance. Their working style is the breaking-through in their pullulation. The vigorous support of the government and the recognition of the public are their safeguard.
