博客支持下的教师自主专业发展研究

【摘要】 随着现代社会的信息化，教育信息化得到逐步的推进与落实，国际上日益关注信息化环境下的教师专业发展，信息时代的教师专业发展日益成为教育技术领域的研究热点。教师是教育信息化的主要实践者，是推动教育信息化建设的重要力量，是教师专业发展的主体。博客作为信息时代个性化的产物，其教育应用正越来越得到教育界的关注，目前在我国使用博客支持教师的专业发展的尝试与实践正如火如荼的开展着。作为更为强调教师主体性的教师专业发展的研究，本论文着脚于博客支持下的教师自主专业发展，关注教师个体的发展，但并没有将其与其它教育因素割裂开、孤立化，而是将教师个体与教师群体等相关因素紧密联系在一起。对于博客能否支持教师专业发展、提高教师专业发展中的主体性以及如何驱动、促进和实现教师的自主专业发展是本研究的目的所在。本论文基于当前博客在教师专业发展的开展情况，采用文献研究、问卷调查、跟踪访谈等多种研究方式对博客支持下的教师自主专业发展进行了考证，并从中挖掘出驱使、促进和实现教师自主专业发展的策略，为博客支持下的教师自主专业发展提供具有指导性的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of informationalization in modern society, informationalization in education has been gradually advanced and implemented. There are growing concerns on the professional development of teachers under the condition of information technology. The professional development of teachers under information age has become an increasingly hot topic of research in the field of Educational Technology. Teachers are the main practitioners of information technology in education, they are an important force to promote information technology in education, and they are the main parts of the professional development of teachers as well. As an individualized product of the information age, blog’application in education is concerned by the relevant field, the attempts and practices of teacher’s professional development with the support of blog are being currently carried out in our country.The research of this article emphasizes on the teacher’s autonomy, the starting point of the article is the teacher’s autonomous professional development with the support of blog. Although the research concerns the teacher’s individual development and connects individuals, groups and other relevant factors closely instead of isolating teachers. Whether the blog supports the professional development of teachers and improves the autonomy of teachers is one of the aims of this research. Another aim of the research is that how to encourage and improve the teacher’s autonomy professional development.Based on the current situation of the application of the blog in the teacher’s professional development, the research attest to the teacher’s professional development with the support of blog in the methods of literature investigation, questionnaire survey, tracking and interview etc, digging out the strategies of encouraging, improving and implementing teacher’s autonomous professional development, which offer the guiding functions for teacher’s autonomous professional development with the support of blog.更多还原
