【摘要】 产业结构的内容和水平反映了区域经济发展的内容和层次,产业结构调整并最终实现升级是提升区域经济发展水平的必要措施,是保证区域经济可持续发展的必然路径。论文的第一部分是对产业结构和经济发展的相关概念进行了界定,接着总结了产业结构与区域经济发展关系的相关理论;第二部分选择了长江三角洲和珠江三角洲这两个在我国能够反映出产业结构与区域经济发展的典型区域,首先对它们的产业结构、经济发展进行了比较,在此基础上对长江三角洲、珠江三角洲的产业结构与经济发展的关系进行了比较分析。第三部分首先分析了目前东北地区产业结构调整面临的主要问题,其次分析了东北地区经济发展的概况,最后在借鉴长江三角洲、珠江三角洲产业结构调整和升级的经验基础上,结合东北地区产业结构的独特性,提出了东北地区产业结构调整的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure and content of regional industry is determined by the level of regional economy, the issue of regional industry structure is the key to the development of regional economy which impacts the way and persistence of regional economy. The course of regional economy is the course that the structure of economy is changing. If a region wants to make progress in economy and society, it must change its industry structure and choose its best main industry.There are three parts in this thesis:The first part is about the theory of industry structure, it mainly introduces the concept of industry. The concept of industry structure has narrow and broad sense. The narrow sense of the concept of industry structure is the relationship between different industries. The broad sense of the concept of industry structure is also including the relationship between the same industries. Secondly we analyzes the importance of industry structure which could improve the distribution of natural resources and restrain the fluctuation of economy. Thirdly we concludes the reasons for impacting the industry structure, including the regional advantages, and history factors, and national policy which is the most important factor to the development of economy. In the end we introduces the relationship between the industry structure and regional economy. The rectifying of industry structure has to follow a certain rule which could imply the level of economy in a certain area.When it is turning the advance level, the level of economy in this area would improve better.The second part firstly makes the analysis of industry structure between Yangtze River Delta and Pear River Delta. Then we make an analysis between Yangtze River Delta and Pear River Delta. The Yangtze River Delta and Pear River Delta are the typical examples which are making successfully industry structure and achieve upgrading of economy. So to make deep research on these two areas are very important to the other areas.The third part is the conclusion of history industry structure which could give very important experiences to the northeast area.The success of economy in Yangtze River Delta and Pear River Delta has related to its reasonable industry structure. The north area is a star in the traditional economy system, but after the reforming and opening, especially after entering“WTO”, there is coming a“north phenomena”, the successful experiences in Yangtze River Delta and Pear River has great useful experiences to the northeast area: emphasizing the light industry and the third industry. Meanwhile, there is some special differences in the northeast area which could improve the quality of the products of the first industry and heavy industry.更多还原
