【摘要】 本文的研究思路基于作者的研究方向—创业管理,由于作者在校期间作为交换生赴韩国大邱启明大学学习,故利用留学的机会对韩国和大邱市的创业环境进行了大量的调查和研究。将大邱市的创业环境的构建以环境要素的方式进行了分析和总结,这些环境要素包括企业创业所必需的:融资环境、技术环境、人才环境、信息环境、政策环境、文化环境、企业孵化器等7个方面。在研究韩国创业环境的同时,作者借鉴导师研究的研究成果,对长春的创业环境要素也进行了归纳和总结。这两方面的资料的获取为本文的研究提供了基本的素材,作者将中国(长春)和韩国(大邱)两个城市的创业环境进行了对比研究,通过这一研究方式,找出长春在创业环境构建方面的缺点和不足。本文对比中韩创业环境的研究成果填补了国内这一领域的研究空白,希望通过本文的研究能够为能够为政府和学术界在改善本地区创业环境,促进科技企业创业方面提供新思路。更多还原
