【摘要】 企业门户的诞生是企业信息化发展的必然结果,是企业实现高效管理的重要工具和手段。企业门户中先进的企业知识门户做为协同商务时代的智能办公平台受到了全球IT业的高度关注。企业知识门户不能单纯的看作企业知识管理平台。除了知识管理理论外,其与企业应用集成、协同管理、内容管理、工作流管理、供应链管理等理论紧密相联系,并且还融合了智能代理、决策支持等技术。企业知识门户的核心是知识管理系统,同时知识门户还强调企业的生产运作管理及供应链上协同管理。本文认为,企业知识门户应该是包含知识管理系统、供应链管理系统、客户关系管理系统以及其他企业信息系统的企业级应用集成平台。其目的是实现智能办公,更确切地说企业知识门户应该是智能的企业协同管理平台。建设知识门户的最终目标是提高组织绩效,使得组织获得或保持竞争优势,提高组织的核心能力。本文从系统分析与设计的角度对企业知识门户的构建进行了研究。首先概述了企业知识门户研究与应用现状,分析了企业门户的典型产品。接着归纳和总结了知识门户的相关概念,构建的相关理论和技术规范。在此基础上,对企业知识门户系统进行了分析与设计。本文选择J2EE为开发平台,构建了知识门户的体系结构,设计了基于Jetspeed的Portal应用框架,基于P2P的网络架构,知识门户安全平台等。最后,本文分析了知识门户在企业协同管理中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge economy and the popularity of network, knowledge and speed are two key factors for the survival and development of enterprises .Enterprise knowledge portal applies the telecommunications, network and information technology to integrate system, data and document, mine the knowledge and share knowledge. Enterprise knowledge portal can provide timely and accurate information and individuation knowledge ,and contact customers, partners and suppliers by the rapid pace。EKP organizes their employees to work together to engage in production and sales by an efficient way , and improves the production efficiency. EKP develops and utilizes of existing resources to achieve the integration of resources and internal and external exchanges, raises the utilization rate of resources, and helps enterprises in a short time to make correct decisions.The rapid development of broad application of information technology , and the crucial strategic role of knowledge resources and e-commerce bring the appearance of new forms of enterprise portal. In recent years, the research literature on enterprise portal, has been growing exponentially, building enterprise portal has become the new bright spot of modern enterprise management practice, and enterprise portal has been attracted attention for academia and the business. Based on this trend, the paper generalizes theory and practice of enterprise portal outlined, and research those.Enterprise Informationization development brings about the naissance of Enterprise Portal which is the efficient management tools and instruments. The advanced enterprise portal- enterprise knowledge portal as a collaborative commerce era intelligent office platform has received the global IT industries high attentions.Enterprise knowledge portal can not simply regard as enterprise knowledge management platform. Besides the theory of knowledge management, it has closely contacts to other theories ,such as enterprise application integration, cooperation management, content management, workflow management, supply chain management, and also inosculates intelligent agent, decision support technology . The core of enterprise knowledge portal is knowledge management system, meanwhile enterprise knowledge portal also emphasizes operation and supply chain cooperation management. This paper holds that the EKP is enterprise application integration platform which should include knowledge management system, supply chain management systems, customer relationship management system and other enterprise information system. The target of EKP is to achieve intelligent work. More exactly said that enterprise knowledge portal should be a intelligent enterprise cooperation management platform. As the ultimate goal ,building a knowledge is to improve organizational performance, make organizations gain or maintain competitive advantage, and improve organizational core competencies.This paper analyses and designs the EKP system, and does the construction research. To some extent, this paper provides theoretical support and helps for enterprise information technology and organizational structure design ,and provides a theoretical basis and technological foundation for enterprise information construction. This study relies on research background and research object, follows enterprise portal derivative mechanism and the internal rules of development process, studies and discusses the construction of Enterprise Knowledge Portal.The content of this paper is:1. Based on research background and significance, summarizing research and application status of Enterprise Knowledge Portal.2. Summarizeing existing portal platform. Considering that :These products have provided a complete technical specifications and development platform for developing knowledge portal system. But these products also have shortcomings . Enterprises should be based on its own actual operational, technical and functional requirements, choose knowledge portal platform as the development platform for the secondary development or independent designing and developing system.3. Discussing the relevant concept, theory and technical specifications.4. Analyzing actual operational, technical ,functional and secure requirements for constructing EKP system.5. Designing the EKP system.1) Constructing Enterprise Knowledge Portal seven stories system frame. Discussing basic functions.2) Combined the key technologies, designing the technology actualization model.3) Choosing J2EE middleware as a development system platform.Taking into account the JNDI, JDBC, CCI, JTA, and other interface problems, and designing a system applications and services integration framework based on J2EE.4) Based on peer-to-peer network technology ,designing and analyzing the system network.5) Designing security platform of enterprise knowledge portal system.6. Describing the main tasks of implementation and completion . Mentioning the application of EKP to the enterprise cooperation management, and designing knowledge portal cooperation management model . Pointing out that the evaluation of the knowledge portal system needs consider technology, performance, handling, value, costs and other aspects. In our country ,the research on enterprise portal is still very weak, and the number of enterprises which have established EKP is minimal. Existing portal products do not function well , intelligent level is relatively low. Strictly speaking ,those are not perfect knowledge portal solutions. Based on the theory of knowledge and portal technology, this paper designs a universal EKP system, and provides the theoretical and technical review and norms.更多还原
