基于DSP的数控系统的研制

【摘要】 数控机床是一种灵活性极强、高性能、自动化的加工机床。随着生产的发展、科技的进步,数控机床的使用越来越普遍。数控系统是数控机床的控制核心,其功能的强弱、控制性能的优劣直接关系着数控机床的加工质量与加工效率,对整个数控机床的性价比和市场竞争力都至关重要。本文介绍了一台基于DSP的全数字化的机床数控系统的研制开发。该系统采用高性能、低价格的数字信号处理(DSP)芯片——TI公司的TMS320LF2407A作为控制内核,为数控系统的设计提供了更好性能和更低价格的方案。论文首先概述了数控技术的发展史、数控技术的特点、研究对象及发展趋势;然后介绍了数控系统的组成、插补原理,DSP芯片在电动机控制上的应用原理;永磁同步电动机的矢量控制原理,无刷直流电动机的DSP控制理论基础;接着进行了系统方案设计,系统的硬件电路设计,包括:伺服电机及其驱动器的选择、上、下位机的选择,单片机与DSP芯片的接口,单片机与键盘、显示器的接口,DSP芯片、单片机的电源、晶振、复位电路、电平转换电路等的设计,以及其它的外围电路设计;系统的软件设计:软件结构、插补算法、DSP初始化程序及控制过程的基本的子程序设计等;最后对本文的研究内容进行了总结,提出了对本课题做进一步工作的建议,并对将来的发展做了展望。本论文来源于实际需要,应用于实际,是典型的机电一体化项目,对于从事数控系统的研究开发人员有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Numerical control machine is an automatic machining tool with high flexibility and efficiency. Along with the development of production and technology, the use of numerical control machine is becoming more widespread. Numerical control systems are the critical parts of numerical control machines. The quality and efficiency mainly depend upon the functions and performance of numerical control systems. A good numerical control system is essential to the price and the market of the machine.This paper introduces a numerical control system controlled digitally by DSP controllers.Today’s high-performance, low-cost digital signal processor controllers, such as the Texas Instruments’ TMS320LF2407A, provide an improved and low-cost solution for numerical control system.Firstly it makes a brief introduction of the history of numerical control technology, the characteristic of numerical control technology, the object of the study and its developing tendence.Then introduce the composition of the system, interpolation theory, the application of DSP on motor control, the vector control theory of pernmanent magnet synchrouous motor and DSP control theory of direct-current brushless motor.Thirdly the structure design of numerical control system, hardware design of numerical system, including: the servo motor and its driver’s choice, up and down CPU’s choice, the interfaces, the powers, the clocks, the reset circuits; DSP preliminary software design and base children programs design.In the end of this paper, the conclusion of the study on DSP-based numerical control system is given, the prospect of numerical control system and some advices for further study is persented.The paper comes from actuality, being a typical mechanical and electrical thesis, it had some theory meanings and actual value, it is a good reference for the people who work on numerical control system.
