脉冲电絮凝法和化学混凝法处理线切割乳化液废水的研究

【摘要】 随着工业的发展,工业污染问题日益严重。人们在污染控制方面做了大量的研究、开发和工程实践。特别是近十多年来,出现了比过去通用的传统处理技术和工艺更加有效的新技术和新工艺,工业废水排放量及其污染度都呈下降态势。但是在实际工作中仍然存在很多问题,比如不少城市污水处理厂建成后不能维持正常运行,有的处理设施,因技术不过关或工艺不合理不能做到达标排放。鉴于此,我们迫切需要学习研究、推广高效、实用的废水处理新工艺、新技术,推动环境保护事业的不断发展。本文主要研究的是用脉冲电絮凝的方法处理线切割乳化液废水,包括污水处理装置的研制;影响处理效果的参数的选择等。最后按正交试验法安排废水处理试验,并对所得的试验数据进行回归分析,求得废水处理后COD值与参数之间的回归方程,由此分析了废水处理工艺参数对COD值的影响,并求得使COD值最小的废水处理的工艺参数值,并进行了实验验证。结果说明,采用脉冲电絮凝法处理线切割乳化液废水的效果很好,COD去除率高达90%。由于乳化液破乳后,部分废油分离出来,可用固体废弃物的处理方法进行处理。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of industry in our country, the industrial pollution is more and more serious. People do lots of research, exploration and engineering practise especially in recent ten years, many new technology which is more available than the tradition method emergence. The let amount and the pollution have decrease. But in practice, there being many problems. For example, many cities build the waste water disposal factory, but it can’t run normally. Some disposal equipment can’t make the waste water up to par because of the wrong technique. So we need urgently study and popularize the applied new technology for processing waste water, and impel the continuous improvement of protecting environment.This paper mainly expound processing the waste water emulsion of linear incision by the method of pulse electroflocculation, it includes the research of the equipment that is used to processing waste water; the research of choosing electrode; the research of choosing the parameter that can influence the result. Finally, An experimentation of the waste water disposal, according to orthographic experimental method, is arranged. The regression analysis is made to the data received, and the regression equation about the value of the COD is gained. Then how the parameters of the waste water influence the value of the COD is analyzed; in addition, the optimal values of the parameters which can make COD the minimum are reached and validated. The results show that the effect of using the pulse electroflocculation to process the waste water emulsion of linear incision is very good, and the rate of removal is up to 90%.
