基于齿轮非线性动力学的变速器异响分析

【摘要】 变速器的振动、异响等是与变速器齿轮的非线性振动紧密联系在一起的,本文以单对齿轮副为例对齿轮系统非线性振动问题进行了较深入的分析,探讨了齿轮非线性动力行为定性分析及定量分析的方法及一般思路,对系统发生混沌的途径进行了分析,从而为变速器振动噪声的控制提供理论支持。综合考虑了齿轮系统中的齿侧间隙、轮齿的时变啮合刚度及综合误差等,建立了齿轮系统的非线性动力学模型。并在所建立的模型的基础上,利用模型的分段线性特性,给出了系统的解析解。利用相平面法和庞加莱映射法对齿轮系统非线性动力行为进行了定性的分析,结合算例探讨了阻尼比、激励频率、载荷比等参数对系统动力学行为的影响,讨论了产生混沌的途径。针对定性方法的局限性,讨论了齿轮系统非线性动力行为定量分析方法。通过计算Lyapunov指数,利用计算得到的系统最大Lyapunov指数来分析系统非线性动力学行为。研究了系统吸引子的分维数的计算方法。计算表明,在一般情况下,当齿轮系统的响应是混沌响应时,系统的吸引子的维数具有分数维数。结合某变速器发生异响的故障分析实例,讨论了变速器系统参数及使用参数对系统动力学行为的影响。从影响齿轮非线性动力响应特征的激励频率、载荷比、阻尼比等参数出发分析系统稳定的条件,并根据分析所得的结论对变速器异响问题的整改提出了建议。
【Abstract】 Analysis on the abnormal of a certain gearbox based on nonlinear dynamics is carried out in this paper. Based on the characters of the abnormal noise, nonlinear vibration of the constant-mesh gear pair is regarded as the possible causation of the abnormal, this dissertation has deeply investigated the nonlinear dynamic behavior of gear system with backlash, time-varying stiffness, damping and composite error.A dynamic model of a gear system has been established considering the backlash, damping, composite error and the time-varying stiffness. The dynamic character of the system is analyzed. Using the characters of the piecewise system this paper derives a precise analytical solutiou.Using the system’s phase plane plots and the Poincare trap plots analyse gear nonlinear system’s correspond.The validity is verified by using the system’s phase plane plots and the Poincare trap plots. The calculation results show that the correlation dimensions of the chaotic attractors are not integers. The system dynamic character is analyzed by changing the damping ratio, composite error and the backlash in the system. The maximum Lyapunov exponent plots and the correlation dimensions are given with changing the parameters respectively.Researching the problem of stability and bifurcation of periodic motion. The stability of the dynamic system is discussed with consideration of the influence of excitation frequency, damper ratio, etc. Some suggestions of improvement on the abnormal noise are presented.
