滁州市抗旱决策支持系统设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着工农业生产的发展和人口的增多,水资源供需矛盾日益突出,旱情威胁也越来越大,因此,快速收集信息,准确评估旱情,合理进行决策就显得更加重要,抗旱决策支持系统就是为了辅助科学决策而建立起来的。该系统利用计算机网络,快速从各地收集各类数据,利用建立好的数学模型进行分析,得出旱情等级,并根据实际情况生成抗旱对策。系统包含以下内容:地理信息系统,存储和处理抗旱有关的地理数据;数据库,存储和处理各类抗旱信息;旱情评估子系统,它根据建立好的模型对当前旱情状况进行评估分析;系统操作界面,它向用户提供使用系统的方法和工具。文章分析了这四个子系统设计的理论基础,内容组成,设计思想和开发工具,并提供了部分内容的程序源代码。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increasing of population and the development of industry and agriculture.the contradiction between water supply and need become more and more severity. Rapidly collect the information,accurately evaluate the drought degree and make reasonable decision become more and more important. The drought-relief decision support system is designed to provide support in the drought-relief decision.The DRDSS system collect various kinds of data from different areas through the computer network . do analysis according to the mathematics model which already Established and make decision to relieve the drought according to the actual circumstance. The DRDSS system includes the following contents: Geographic Information System,which storage and handling of the Geographic data .Database System, which storage and processing of the information about the drought.The drought assessment subsystem, which do analysis of drought situation According to its well-established model, the system interface,which offer tools to users to operate the system.This article expatiates the design theory ,the contents, the develop tool and the design philosophy of this four subsystem .it also supplies some source code of this system.
