【摘要】 面对经济全球化、用户需求个性化、竞争日益激烈的新环境的严峻挑战，企业如何根据供应链管理的思想理论与方法，在科学评价与选择的基础上，寻求和培育基于战略合作关系的供应商，以提升自身的核心能力，赢得竞争优势，一直是近年来学术界非常关注的一项重要研究课题。论文首先阐述了供应链、供应链管理的相关理论，对供应链管理下的供应商与制造商之间关系的变化进行了深入的剖析，强调了与供应商建立战略合作关系的必要性，并在此基础上总结了供应链管理下供应商选择的特征、原则和步骤。接着，通过分析供应商选择的要求与标准，以及国内外现有的相应研究成果，构建了基于供应链的供应商评价指标体系，并简要地给出了其中一些指标的量化处理方法。然后，通过对现有的供应商评价选择方法的分析，提出了一种基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法的综合评价方法，构建了基于层次—灰色关联分析的供应商综合评价模型。最后应用建立的评价模型进行实例分析计算，验证该模型的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Confronted with the increasingly severe challenges of the new environment characterized of the economic globalization of the world market and the individualization of the customers’ demand, how enterprises, on the basis of scientific evaluation and selection, find and cultivate their strategic suppliers based on strategic cooperation, so as to improve their core power and gain advantages in the competition. This has been an important subject in recent years.Firstly, this paper introduced the theories of supply chain and supply chain management, analyzed to-depth the changes in the relationship between suppliers and manufacturers under the condition of the supply chain management, with the emphasis laid on the necessity of the strategic cooperation relationship between themselves and the strategic suppliers. It also summarized the characteristics, principle and procedures of suppliers’ selection under the condition of the supply chain management. Then constructed the index system of suppliers evaluation according to the detailed evaluate requests and standards of suppliers, while giving out some methods to quantify those evaluation indexes. Next, compare the existed selection methods of suppliers, and established the process model of evaluation on suppliers. Finally, using this hierarchy-grey correlation analysis method in a example to prove its feasibility.更多还原
