【摘要】 21世纪是一个充满竞争的世纪，世界的竞争是人才的竞争、是人的创新能力之争。国家的创新能力决定了一个国家在国际竞争中的地位，创新人才的培养是关系到国家兴衰成败的大事。如何培养出大批创新型人才是国家、社会和教育界所共同关注的问题。怎样在大学物理教学中培养创新型人才正是本课题所要研究的主要内容。文章共分五个部分，第一部分“引言”中主要分析了课题的研究背景和国内外在大学物理教学中培养创新人才的现状，提出了课题的研究目的和研究方法。在第二部分“创新人才与大学物理教学”中，对创新、创新人才的概念进行了解读，分析了培养创新人才的意义，提出了培养创新人才的具体教学和学习方法，当前大学物理教学中存在的主要问题、针对培养创新人才的要求，以及在大学物理教学中应采取的对策等进行了深入的研究第三部分是“如何在大学物理教学中培养创新人才”。首先，对当代大学生、大学物理教师、大学物理教材在培养创新型人才中的作用等进行了深入地解析。其次，针对创新型人才应具备的创新意识、创新精神、创新思维、创新能力和创新人格等品质分别进行了具体地研究，分析了这些品质形成的内因和外因、大学物理教学和当代大学生的特点，提出了如何在大学物理教学中培养学生的创新意识、创新精神、创新思维、创新能力和创新人格的原则和具体方法。第四部分是本课题研究结果的应用举例。以物理学史为例，分析了如何利用物理学史来培养创新型人才。第五部分是文章的结束语，总结了本课题研究的结论，提出了本课题在研究过程中存在的不足之处和需要进一步研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21^st century is the very era full of competition. The competition of world, nowadays, is the competition between-talents and the creative ability of human. The ability of creativity of a country determines its position in international competition. And the cultivation of creative talents is essential to the development of a country. Therefore, how to cultivate a great number of new talents becomes an issue of concerns from the national government, society and people engaged in education. The cultivation of creative talents in college physics teaching is the main idea of the research.The thesis will be divided into five sections. The 1^st section—introduction, is mainly about the analysis of the background of this subject and present condition of cultivation of creative talents in college physics teaching at home and abroad, and propose the objectives and methods of the research. In section 2 - creative talents and college physics teaching, the author will interpret the concept of creativity and creative talent, analyze the meaning of cultivating creative talents and put forward the detailed teaching and learning methods in cultivating creative talents. In addition, the strategies which should be adopted in college physics teaching will be further researched in accordance with the relation between college physics teaching and cultivating creative talents, problems existing in college physics teaching, and the requirement of cultivating creative talents.The 3^rd section is focused on how to cultivate creative talents in college physics teaching. Firstly, it will bring forward a profound interpretation and analysis of the functions that present college students, teachers and the teaching materials perform in cultivating creative talents. Secondly, it will perform specific research in consciousness of creativity, creative spirit, creative thinking, ability of creativity, creative personality which creative talents should possess, analyze the internal and external factors determining the formation of the above characteristics, and propose the principles and specific measures of how to cultivate students’ consciousness of creativity, creative spirit, creative thinking, ability of creativity, creative personality according to the content system of college physics, college physics teaching and the characters of college students. The 4^th section is applied examples of this research. It analyzes how to cultivate creative talents with the help of physics history through taking the history of physics for example. Section-5 is the conclusion of the research, which draws a conclusion of the research and proposes some disadvantages existing in the research process as well as issues that needs to process further research.更多还原
