基于虚拟仪器技术的振动测试与模态分析平台的设计

【摘要】 课题的研究目的是为机电系统的振动测试及模态分析设计一套测试平台。该测试平台能够完成多通道信号的实时数据采集、测试的控制与实时显示、数据存储与分析等功能。传统的测试系统由分立的测量仪器组成。随着计算机技术的发展,PC机性能的增强,以及各种专业软件的产生,虚拟仪器技术得到了快速发展。本课题选用以PC和数据采集卡为硬件平台、以LabVIEW软件为开发平台,配合必要的传感器、信号调理器和数据采集卡组成的多通道振动测试分析系统。本文对振动测试分析系统的原理、组成和数字信号处理技术以及虚拟仪器技术作了简要阐述,对振动测试和分析技术做了比较深入的分析和研究;模态分析是本课题的研究重点,对随机子空间法辨识原理进行了分析并论述了其在模态分析中的具体应用方法;接下来对虚拟仪器技术以及LabVIEW软件作了简要介绍,最后详细说明了振动测试硬件平台及其软件的设计开发过程并进行了测试验证。实验证明:该系统利用LabVIEW软件强大的数据处理功能,结合调用具有丰富数学运算功能的Matlab函数,实现了数据采集、波形显示、数据存储、回放测量、模态分析、输出打印等功能。本课题研究开发的测试系统方案具有良好的扩展性和较高的性价比,并且具有速度快、精度高、界面友好的特点,适合于工程人员和实验室使用。
【Abstract】 The research purpose of this thesis is to design a platform for vibration measurement-and-analysis as well as modal analysis in mechatronics systems. The function of this platform includes: real-time data acquisition of multi-channel signal,measuring and real-time displaying,data storage and analysis etc.With the development of computer technique, the enhancement of computer performance and the progress on professional software, virtual instrument technique is getting a deeper development. Vibration measurement-and-analysis based on virtual instrument technique has become a development trend. Therefore, the author develops a multi-channel vibration measurement-and-analysis system based on PC as hardware workbench, laboratory virtual instrument workbench (LabVIEW) developed by America National Instruments corporation as development software, essential sensor, signal conditioner and data acquisition cards.In this paper, firstly, the author gives a brief introduction on the theory and composition of vibration measurement-and-analysis systerm Digital Signal Processing(DSP) technique、and virtual instrument technique, then makes a deeper analysis and research on vibration measurement-and-analysis technique. Mode analysis is key point, author analyses stochastic subspace identification theory and illuminates the application in mode analysis, later gives a brief introduction in virtual instrument technique and LabVIEW software, finally defines the design process of vibration measurement -and-analysis hardware and software platform and makes a test validation.Test results prove that this system can implement functions such as data acquisition wave display、datastorage、data replay、mode analysis、print etc, based on LabVIEW software which provides stronger data processing function, and MATLAB software which provides plentiful mathematics operation functions.This measurement-and-analysis system is based on data acquisition cards (located in PC’s slots) and LabVIEW software. This plan is fit for engineer and lab cause of advantages as follows: excellent expanding performance、high precision、and friendly interface.
