辽西风积土路基道路冻害防治措施的试验研究

【摘要】 通过对风积土的含水量、密度、比重、颗粒分布等指标进行测试、系统地研究了风积土的物理性质,对物理参数的分析表明:风积土的颗粒成分中细颗粒为主要颗粒,其结构相对致密,浸水后不具有明显的湿陷性,风积土路基道路易发生冻害。根据辽西地区的水文地质气候特征,考察了近几年的辽西地区风积土路基道路的冻害现象,发现存在的道路冻害现象有:冻胀、融沉、翻浆冒泥、开裂等。分析研究表明土质、温度、水是产生这些冻害的根本原因。针对这些冻害,本文从其产生的根本原因出发,采取碾压夯击改变土体结构、隔断毛细水、无机结合料保温等措施对其进行防治。并进行了路基风积土冻结试验、碾压夯击试验、风积砂换填试验、水泥煤渣稳定土层和石灰粉煤灰稳定土层实验研究。根据试验数据分析得到了其冻结规律。本文本着取材方便、经济有效的原则。提出了碾压击实法、风积砂换填法、水泥煤渣稳定土层法、石灰粉煤灰稳定土法四种措施对辽西地区风积土路基道路进行冻害防止、防治。四种防治措施各有其优缺点。本文根据四种防治措施室内试验研究得出的规律,找出了每一种防治措施的应用方法,并针对具体路段的地质水文环境提出了相应的工程防治措施。
【Abstract】 Through the test of liquid-water content, density, specific gravity , granulometric distribution and so on, studied the physical property of the Aeolian soil systematically, the analysis of the physical parameter indicated that: the fine-grain is the main ingredient in the aeolian soil, its structure is compact relatively, after immerses it does not have the obvious collapsibility. Aeolian soil road foundation occurs freezing damage easily.According to the regional hydrological geology and climate characteristic in Liaoning province, surveyed the Aeolian soil road foundation freezing damage phenomena in western region of Liaoning province in the last few years. discovered existent road freezing damage phenomena of frost heave, thaw collapse, froth emit mud, crack and so on. analytical study show that earthiness, temperature, water are the primary cause which brought these freezing damage. According to these freezing damage,the paper based on the cause of the generation of freezing damage, adopted roller compaction and ramming to change the soil structure ,cut off the capillary water, inorganic binding material incubation and other measures to prevent and cure. and proceed the road foundation Aeolian soil freezing test, roller compaction ram test, Aeolian sand replacement test, cement cinder stable soil layer and lime-flyash stabilization soil layer experimental study. According to analysis on the test data acquired the law of them.The paper follow the principle of the convenience of taking material and economic , bring forward four measures of roller compaction and ramming , Aeolian sand exchange fill , cement cinder stable soil layer and lime-flyash stabile soil layer to prevent and cure the road freezing damage.The four measures of protection and cure have both merit and shortcoming. according to the law acquired by test room study of the four protection and cure measures. found the application method of each protection and cure measure, According to the concrete geology aquatic environment of each sector of road bring forward the corresponding measures of protection and cure.
