冷连轧机垂直振动系统的建模与仿真

【摘要】 本论文以冷轧机系统的垂直振动现象为研究对象,对其成因、危害、主要影响因素等方面进行了初步的研究与探讨。以柔性多体动力学理论为基础,应用三维CAD软件SolidWorks、有限元分析软件ANSYS、机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS联合建立了某钢厂1676mm酸洗-冷连轧联合机组第四机架的柔体模型,进行了轧机系统垂直振动现象的仿真,对影响轧机系统垂直振动的各因素进行了定性分析,为有效防止轧机垂直振动现象的发生提供了理论依据。本论文发挥各领域软件的功能优势,借助多领域协同仿真手段,应用各软件之间的数据转换接口进行联合仿真,将刚体模型中的轧机机架和工作辊柔性化,提高了仿真精度,为实现大型设备的精确仿真提供了一种有效的途径。
【Abstract】 The vertical vibration of rolling mill was studied here. The cause, damage and major factors were illustrated preliminarily. Based on the theory of flexible multi-body dynamics, the 4th-stand flexible-body model of the 1676mm 4-stand tandem cold rolling mills was built integrated the softwares of SolidWorks, ANSYS, ADAMS. The factors of vertical vibration were analysed by the simulation which supplied the theory basis for the vibration restraint. The functional superiority of different field softwares was integrated, and the collaborative simulation was realized through data-conversion interface. The stand and work roller in rigid model were flexibilitied which proposed a valid method for accurate simulation of heavy-duty equipment.
