矿井离心扇风机的参数设计及优化研究

【摘要】 将现代信息技术融入传统设计是现代产品设计的趋势。本文借助先进的CFD技术,寻找一条提高矿井离心扇风机设计效率、改进设计方法、降低设计成本的途径。本文首先利用空气动力设计中的理论设计法对矿井离心扇风机进行初步设计,得到了扇风机的初步设计参数。根据设计参数,利用CFD软件——FLUENT对矿井离心扇风机进行三维数值计算,得到了扇风机的性能参数,并对影响矿井离心扇风机性能的主要几何参数(叶片出口角、叶片数、转速)分别进行了对比模拟,从而可获得各参数对矿井离心扇风机性能的影响程度。在结果分析的基础上,运用两种优化算法以效率为目标,对影响矿井离心扇风机的主要参数进行了改进设计,通过反复计算最终完成矿井离心扇风机的最佳设计。

【Abstract】 Now,it is a trend that the modern information technology is applied to traditional product design. The thesis manages to search a way to increase efficiency of designing mine centrifugal fan, improve design method,reduce design cost under the help of advanced CFD technology. Firstly,the thesis designs initiatively fan under the theoretical design method and gets primary parameter of fan. On the basis of designing mine centrifugal fan,the thesis uses the CFD software——FLUENT to stimulate the designed centrifugal fan in the way of three-dimensional numerical method.In that way,we get performance parameters about the mine centrifugal fan.Through contrastively stimulating many models of centrifugal fan which are made by changing some primary geometrical parameters that effect on fan’s performance,such as blade installation angle,blade number,rotate speed,then we can acquire degree that each parameter effects on centrifugal fan’s performance. Based on the analyst for the result of stimulation, regarding fan’s efficiency as target and making use of two optimal design methods, we improve on parameters which effect on centrifugal fan performance, achieve centrifugal fan best design project at last through computing again and again.
