翅片成形机虚拟设计研究

【摘要】 翅片成形机可将铝箔卷材连续地加工成形,为用于汽车空调热交换器中带百叶窗的波状翅片,并将成形后的翅片按所需波峰数切断,整个加工过程均为自动化生产。本文从分析虚拟设计技术的特点和优势出发,针对现有机床设备设计手段存在的不足,将虚拟设计技术引入翅片成形机设计开发领域。阐述了翅片成形机的总体结构和方案设计,对翅片成形机及其关键零部件进行了设计、改进和选型。应用Pro/Engineer对基于特征、参数化的零件实体建模技术和零件库的建立方法进行了探讨,并建立了零部件的实体模型。阐述了支持自顶向下设计过程的装配策略。详细介绍了装配序列、路径规划及动态装配仿真技术,建立了装配仿真系统和成形机的整机数字模型。建立了翅片切断装置的虚拟样机模型,应用ADAMS对其进行了运动学分析,验证了设计合理性。对翅片排料切断装置的PLC控制系统进行了设计,并编写了程序。与传统设计手段相比,一定程度上降低了设计成本、提高效率,保证了翅片加工的连续性和可靠性,对相关机械设备的设计开发具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Fin shaper can continuously machining aluminum foil volume material into blind fin which used in automobile air conditioning and heat exchanger, and the shaped fins were cut according to needed wave crest number, entire producing process is automatic production.In the paper, the virtual design technology characteristic and dominance were analyzed, in view of existing machine equipment which design method is insufficiency, the virtual design technology was leaded into fin shaper design and development field. The fin shaper structure and designed scheme were elaborated. The key parts of fin shaper and itself were designed、improved and elected, the part entity modeling technology and the parts store establishment method based on feature and parameter were discussed using Pro/E, and the component and part entity model were built. The assembly models which support top-down design procedure were elaborated. The assembly sequence、the path plan and the dynamic assemble simulation technology were introduced in detail, the assembly simulation system and fin shaper entire machine numeral model were established. The fin cut-out device virtual prototyping models were established, and mechanism kinematics was analyzed based on ADAMS, and the design rationality was verified. The fin ejecting material and cut-out device control system were compiled based on PLC. Reducing the design cost and enhancing the efficiency, guaranteeing the fin processing continuity and reliability compared with the traditional design method, it is the model significance to the correlation machinery equipment design development.
