港口物流应急管理系统设计

【摘要】 应急管理是管理科学一个非常新颖和前沿的研究方向，它是针对突发事件而做出最优应对决策的研究。该领域研究已进入一个快速的发展阶段。许多学者从供应商或零售商的角度对供应链中的应急管理进行研究和分析，但考查中间环节如港口物流应急管理尚不多见。港口作为国家的基础设施，关系到国民经济运行的秩序与安全。构建港口物流应急管理系统以提高其应对突发事件的反应能力，具有十分重要的意义。本文共分六章对港口物流应急管理问题进行探讨。第一章，介绍了应急管理的起源、研究现状、发展动态及本文的主要研究成果。第二章，提出联动型港口应急物流的概念，从研究港口应急物流管理体制与机制的建立及体系具体措施方面构建我国港口联动型应急物流体系。第三章，研究港口物流供应链应急管理机制。用数学函数和最优化理论等方法探讨一个由供应商、港口物流提供商和厂商组成的供应链如何协调应对突发事件。第四章，突发事件会导致港口面临新方案选择问题，我们运用层次分析法(AHP)原理，构造港口物流应急系统方案选择模型。第五章，港口物流产业组织的空间布局是否合理对港口物流实现其诸多功能具有重大影响，同时也会影响港口物流应急系统方案的选择。于是最后我们研究现代港口物流产业组织的空间布局，以完善港口物流应急管理系统。第六章，对整篇论文进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Disruption management is a very fresh and underground direction of management science. It is the study of making the optimal response to emergent events. Research on this area has been into a fast developmental stage.Many academicians study and analyze the disruption management on the angle of suppliers or retailers in the supply chai-n, but research on the middle process e.g. port logistics is verylittle. Port, as the nation’s basic establishment, respect to the order and safety of the nation’s economic. It is significant that constructing the system of port logistics disruption management for improving its ability of response.There are six chapters work on it.In the first chapter, we mainly introduce the origin and current research situations and development director of disruption management. Furthermore, the main contribution of this paper is also listed.In the second chapter, we put forward the new conception of the united port logistics under disruption and construct its system in our country on the aspect of building the system and mechanism of port logistics disruption management and excusing some detail measures.In the third chapter, we study the disruption management mechanism of port logistics supply chain. We deal with the problem of a supply chain model composed of one supplier, one port logistics enterprise and one retailer how to coordinate the emergent events with mathematical function and optimal theory.In the forth chapter, the emergent events make port facing scheme selection, so we construct the pattern of the scheme selection of port logistics emergency system applying the principle of AHP.In the fifth chapter, whether space layout of port logistics industry organization is reasonable have great effect on scheme selection of port logistics. So finally we study the space layout of modern port logistics industry organization to make disruption management system of port logistics better.In the last chapter, we conclude the whole paper.更多还原
