分散式污水处理再生利用模式研究

【摘要】 水资源是生态环境的控制性要素,同时又是战略性经济资源。随着人口的增加、城市化、工农业的发展,许多地区出现了水资源危机,经济、社会的发展也受到了相应的制约。污水处理再生利用,一方面可以缓解水资源短缺的紧张局面,充分、高效地利用有限的淡水资源;同时又减少了排放至自然水体的污染物总量,具有多方面的功效,已经成为世界各国解决水问题的优选策略。在实现污水再生利用的诸多方式之中,集中式污水处理系统作为一种传统的污水处理方式,在进行大规模的污水处理时,具有运行费用低,管理维护方便的优点。但随着规模的日渐庞大,明显缺乏可持续性,其缺点也逐渐显露出来。所以,我们需要一种新型的污水处理方式,即点源处理,也称分散式处理。它符合当前的经济发展要求,同时将对环境的影响降到最低,研究和建立与当地环境相适宜的分散式污水再生利用模式也就有着非常深远的理论和现实意义。本论文参阅大量相关领域的文献资料,从分散式污水处理和再利用的基本内容出发,在分析国内外经验和教训的基础上,阐述现行的传统污水处理回用系统的缺陷和问题,并结合国内外发展动态及研究成果,对研究对象进行剖析和思考,系统地阐述了新型分散式污水处理再生利用系统模式。论文系统分析了DESAR系统中污水排放的源头控制模式,在分析传统生活污水类型和性质的基础上,建立了尿液分离卫生系统和生态卫生排水系统模式,并对尿液和粪便的利用风险进行了研究。在分析污水处理技术选择的基础上,阐述了自然处理系统和人工处理系统的组合优化模式,建立了市郊和农村、城市建筑群(小区)的DESAR系统模式。针对DESAR系统存在的管理问题,提出了新型管理理念,并对DESAR系统进行了相关评价。以上海绿地世纪城中水回用工程为例,进行了水量平衡分析、工艺分析和技术经济分析。最后,对DESAR系统提出了展望和建议。

【Abstract】 Water resource plays the pivotal role in ecological environment, and also be considered as the strategic status in economical resource. With the increasing of population, urbanization, the development of agriculture and industry, the water resource crisis should not be neglected cause the restriction of economy and society. One hand, the city sewage resources reusing may alleviate the lack of water resource, and to use the limited fresh water resources highly effective; in the other hand, the method reduces the total quantity of natural water body pollutant, has various effect, which already became the optimal strategy in water resource solution for all different countries around the world.In many ways to make the sewage regeneration become true, the central sewage treatment system is the important sewage treatment way nowadays. When carries on the large-scale sewage treatment, the process has the advantage of operating in low cost and convenient maintenance for management. However, with the growing scale, the process is lack of sustainable function obviously, following its shortcoming revealed gradually. Therefore, we need a new sewage treatment way which called point source disposal, also called decentralized sanitation and reuse. It should conform to the current economical development requirement; simultaneously will make the impact for environment to be lowest, the research and the establishment of decentralised sanitation and reuse mode which adapt to local environment also has far-reaching significance.The paper referred massive correlative literature material, embarked from the fundamental content of decentralized sanitation and reuse, in the analyzing of the domestic and foreign experiences and messages, it elaborated the present traditional city sewage treatment system and conbine with the foreign development tendency and the research results for carrying on the analysis and the ponder to the research object, systematically elaborated the new decentralized sanitation and reuse system mode. The paper analyzed the source control pattern of drainage in DESAR system, on the analysis of traditional domestic sewage’s types and quality, constituted the faecal separation and urine diversion system, the ecological drainage system mode, and also analyzed the risk of the urine and feces reuse. On the analysis of technologic choice in sewage treatment, expatiated on the technologic combination mode, established the DESAR system mode in suburbs (country) and city architectural complex (community). Contraposing the management problems which exist in the DESAR system, proposed the new management pattern, and carried on the correlative appraisal to the DESAR system. Took the regenerative water reusing project of Shanghai Greenland Century City as an example, has carried on the water volume balance analysis, the craft analysis and the technical economic analysis. Finally, proposed the forecast and the suggestion to the DESAR system.
