【摘要】 太原市是我国重要的能源、化工基地，在我国经济发展中占有重要的地位。城市产业结构和工业布局的不合理以及“摊大饼式”的单核心城市蔓延扩张造成城市无节制的土地消耗和生态环境的恶化。大气污染的影响在城市的进一步发展中，正在变得越来越突出，甚至成为城市竞争力不强的根源。如何优化太原城市空间结构以改善其恶劣的大气环境，如何在大力推进城市建设的同时保护与人类息息相关的大气环境，是实现城市可持续发展的关键，也是本文研究的重点。本文在可持续发展观的导向下，以实证分析为主线，通过系统搜集、研究已有的相关成果，以多学科的相关理论为指导，进行综合的分析论证。具体研究包括分析太原市大气生态安全格局，研究城市空间结构的现状特征、演化过程、发展演变的作用因子和演化方向，探求以改善城市大气环境为基本视角的适宜太原市发展的空间结构模式和相应的调控措施与途径，以实现城市发展的纳什均衡。论文将太原市工业空间大体按照“层圈式+新城”的模式进行布局，具体划分了工业严格限制区、工业发展限制区、工业控制性发展区和工业重点发展区四个圈层，同时结合城市居住空间、生态廊道、交通可达性等方面的调整，总结出有助于太原市可持续发展的空间结构模式和规划原则的论文结论。基于大气环境影响对太原市空间结构的研究是一项理论性与应用性相结合的基础应用研究。只有关注大气环境特征所反映在太原城市空间结构中可能的变异以及所隐藏在其背后的规律性现象，才有可能使我们在重构太原城市空间结构的进程中，扬长避短，和谐发展。论文研究还将为各种规划、控制、治理城市大气污染的政策和法规提供科学依据，并在城市规划、城市建设以及城市环境保护等方面发挥一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taiyuan is one of fundamental energy and chemical bases in China, which plays an important role in economic development of China. The irrationally of urban Industrial layout and expansion of urban sprawl with a single core cause the situation of uncontrolled consumption of urban land and the deterioration of the ecological environment. The atmospheric environment impact is becoming the cumber of cities’ progress, and even more than that, the root of the lack of city’s competitiveness. How to maintain the ecosystem balance of Taiyuan with serious air pollution and develop the city’s economy, and how to optimize urban spatial structure to improve the atmospheric environment are the key to achieving sustainable development, and also, the focus of study in this disquisition.Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development and positivism thought, the article uses a method of comprehensive analysis and applies theories related to a multi-discipline. The structure of this article including the following points: analysis of the security situation in Taiyuan atmospheric ecosystem, research on the current characteristics, evolution factors and evolution directions of urban spatial structure, and study on development model and control measures of the city special structure appropriated to Taiyuan’s Development based on the atmospheric environment impact to achieve Nash equilibrium of urban development. The study generalizes in this thesis the industrial space of Taiyuan into four parts: area prohibited to develop industry, area prohibited to develop pollution industry; controlled Industrial area, positively development industrial area, which based on the new mode of industrial structure. Combining adjustments of living space, ecological corridor, traffic accessibility and so on, the thesis comes to a conclusion that space structure model of Taiyuan and planning principles to contribute to the sustainable development.The study on the city special structure of Taiyuan based on the atmospheric environment impact is the basic research of application combining theory and application. Only paying attention to the impact of atmospheric environment, can we realize harmonious and sustainable development in the progress of special restructure of Taiyuan. The study will provide a scientific basis for urban plans, policy and laws of controlling and governing the city air pollution, as well as play the certain role in the urban planning, the urban construction and urban environment protection.更多还原
