【摘要】 伴随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育的历史跨越，我国高等教育规模取得了快速发展。如何在高等教育规模持续增长的情况下，继续保持教育质量的不断提高，已经成为教育科研人员关注的热点问题。为此，教育部及时启动了精品课程建设工作，旨在利用现代化的教育信息技术改革传统的教学模式，实现优质教学资源共享，提高高等院校教学质量和人才培养质量。信息技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，引起教学理念、教学模式、教学环境和教学手段的重大变革，为学校精品课程的实施提供了可靠的技术保证。因此，开展信息技术包括网络技术、多媒体技术和计算机仿真技术应用研究，对促进学校精品课程建设具有十分重要现实的意义。本课题结合洛阳工业高等专科学校“模拟电子技术精品课程建设”项目，对精品课程建设中网站设计、CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction)课件设计以及计算机仿真实验设计等技术的应用进行了研究；构建了B／S(Browser／Server)模式的精品课程网站；开发了基于方正奥思多媒体创作平台的CAI课件；建立了基于EWB(Electrnics Workbench)平台的仿真实验库；实现了CAI课件和仿真实验网上发布。这些信息技术的应用，为精品课程教学手段的改进、交互活动的创新、内容的丰富、网络资源的共享、培养质量的提高、领域的拓展以及理念的改变等方面起到了积极的促进作用，构建了具有潜力的理想的精品课程网络平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transformation from elite-education to popular-education, the higher education in China has made greater progress. How to improve the quality of education, with the continuous expansion of higher education, has become an important question concerned by the education researchers. Therefore, Ministry of Education starts top quality curriculum building project in time, aiming to reform the traditional teaching method by means of modern information technology. It plans to optimize the teaching resources and improve the teaching quality and promote the talent- cultivating mode in the higher education.The rapid development and widely use of information technology brings about great innovations in teaching concepts, teaching modes, teaching environments and teaching measures and guarantees the realization of the great course construction in the college technologically. As a result, it is practical and significant to do the research into applied technology, including network, multi-media, and computer simulation, improving the great course construction in the college.The paper studies the website design in the great course construction, computer assisted instruction (CAI) courseware design, computer-assisted simulation experiment design and so on, based on the project "Great Course Construction of Electronic Simulation Technique" in Luoyang College of Technology; It builds up the great course website under the mode of Browser/Server (B/S) and develops CAI multi-media courseware based on FOUNDER AUTHOR TOOL; The project sets up simulation experiment system under EWB (Electronics Workbench) to realize the publishing of CAI courseware and simulation tests on Internet. The application of these has positive effect on improving teaching method, innovating interactive activity, enriching the teaching content, sharing the Internet resource, improving the cultivation quality, and changing principles, constructing the ideal network platform for great course.更多还原
