模糊辨识与模糊控制在电厂中央空调系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着国内大中型火电厂不断改造、兴建,电厂内空气调节系统已非常普及,空调能耗大幅度增加,因而减少电厂中央空调系统的能耗,实现工业建筑节能已经成为急需研究的重要课题。在本工程中,针对电厂中央空调控制系统设计了由上位机(工控机)和下位机(PLC)构成的控制系统方案,本课题针对电厂中央空调系统的典型子系统—电子设备间空调系统为研究对象,采用模糊关系辨识方法,建立了电子设备间温度控制系统的模糊模型。设计了它的模糊控制器,综合模糊控制和传统PID控制的优劣,提出了一种电子设备间温度控制采用模糊-PI的控制方案。采用组态软件iFIX开发设计监控系统的人机界面。最后,运用MATLAB仿真软件对模糊-PI控制策略进行仿真,并与传统控制规律(常规PID控制)的仿真结果进行比较分析。仿真结果表明,本文提出的控制策略使电子设备间温度控制系统具有较好的动态特性、抗干扰性和较高的调节精度。根据现场采用的常规PID控制结果进一步表明了研发新的控制策略的必要性,本文提出的模糊-PI控制策略适合电子设备间温度控制系统。

【Abstract】 With large-median power plant constantly reconstructed and constructed inland, the air-conditioning system is very prevalenced. The energy consumption of air-conditioning increases greatly, which puts the study of energy efficiency in industrial buildings to the most important position.Firstly, in this project, the design of automatic control system which consists of industrial computer and PLC in Power-plant’s central air-conditioning system is presented. Secondly, the typical subsystem in Power-plant’s central air-conditioning system named electronic equipments room air-conditioning subsystem is the dissertation study object; Thirdly, using the Fuzzy relation identification technology method, a fuzzy-model of electronic equipments room temperature control system is built, Then, its fuzzy controller is designed; considering the good and bad point of fuzzy control and traditional PID control, a kind of method basing fuzzy-PI control is presented for electronic equipments room temperature control system. Human Machine Interface(HMI) is given which are developed with iFIX(a kind of industry control configuration software). Finally, through MATLAB simulation demonstrates and verifies the conriol performance of fuzzy-Pi control in comparison with the traditionally designed PID control.Simulation results show that the fuzzy-PI control has good dynamic performance, anti-jamming and high accuracy. The experimental result of PID control proves the necessity of new control method , and the fuzzy-PI control in this thesis is content to temperature control of electronic equipments room.
