送风形式在变风量空调系统中对热舒适性影响的实验研究

【摘要】 当今科技的迅猛发展,能源在工业生产与民用生活中消耗量日益增大,导致能源危机。而制冷空调作为一个高能耗的产业,能源利用问题尤其关键。在21世纪这个倡导节能性和舒适性的大环境下,变风量空调系统作为一种节能系统,对其进行研究开发并实用化是非常有必要的,同时空调环境下人体的热舒适和健康也是人们关心的重点。因此本文结合变风量空调系统和热舒适性的关系,针对三种送风口:散流器、条缝型风口和置换送风口进行实验研究。主要研究三种不同送风口形式下的室内热舒适性差异,得出以上三种送风形式在不同风量条件下的舒适性范围,并找出它们各自最佳的热舒适性评价指标。论文主体以实验研究为主,通过改变热源形式及加热量以形成不同的室内冷负荷工况,分别对三种送风形式在供冷模式下进行变风量的室内气流组织研究。收集各实验布置测点和送回风口的温度值、风速值。运用计算机软件对实验数据进行可视化处理,计算出工作区平均温度,温度梯度以及APDI等多个指标,并对室内热舒适性加以分析对比。得出了在实验室条件下,方形散流器在变风量系统夏季工况下,空调室内舒适性随风量变化差异不大,且由各项指标值显示它的热舒适性较好,方形散流器满足热舒适要求的送风换气次数范围为6.1次/h~15.9次/h;条缝送风的热舒适性随送风量的减小而明显改善,满足热舒适要求的送风换气次数范围为6.3次/h~10.1次/h。所以室内冷负荷较小时可选用条缝送风,冷负荷较大时不推荐采用条缝风口垂直下送风;置换式通风空调具有明显的热力分层特点,存在垂直温度梯度,相对而言吹风感不满意率DR指标更适合评价置换通风的热舒适性,通过实验得出置换通风满足热舒适要求的送风换气次数范围为7.5次/h~16.8次/h。
【Abstract】 Nowadays technological fast development, the energy consumes enlarge increasingly in the industry of the production with the public life, finally,it will appear energy dried up.As we known, air condition conduct and actions are high industry , so it’s important to pay attention on this problem.In our environment that initiates economy energy and comfort in 21 centuries. Variable-Air-Volume system is a kind of economy energy systems.it’s necessary to research and utility this air-conditioning system With the extensiveapplication of air-conditioning technology, a higher requirement has been put forward not only on the thermal comfort but also in the thermal health on indoor thermal environment. So, this paper combines VAV system and thermal comfort, studies two different diffusers and displacement ventilation system.at the same time, compares their Thermal comfort in dissimilar conditions to find the Thermal comfort area and their the best index.This paper is baesd on a series of experiments.Vary the cold load through changing hot source form and heat quantity formation. At the same time, chang three diffuses in the room. Collect the temperature value and the wind velocity value in each experiment. Making use of the calculator software to dispose experiment dates in order to see their processing, computing several index signs, such as, work area mean temperature,the temperature grads and APDI etc. And take into analysing and comparing their indoor thermal comforts.Under the laboratory condition, the thermal comfort don’t have distinct differential with square diffuser in VAV system. And showing its thermal comfort is good enough in this experiment.the exchange rate which satisfy thermal comfort area is from 6.1t/h to 15.9t/h.The thermal comfort of Slot diffuser can improve when its wind flowrate decreases,its exchange rate which satisfy thermal comfort area is from 6.3t/h to 10.1t/h.So slot diffuser can be used in small cold load conditions. However, it isn’t meet thermal comfort request if it is used in large cold load conditions. Displacement ventilation has conspicuous heat lamination height and temperaturegrads. Draught Rating is the best index to evaluate its thermal comfort.its exchange rate which satisfy thermal comfort area is from 7.5t/h to 16.8t/h.
