山区双车道公路交通标志标线设置研究

【摘要】 本文依托于交通部西部交通建设科技项目“林区旅游公路交通安全研究”和黑龙江省交通厅重点科技项目“黑龙江省高等级公路交通安全评价体系及对策研究”。论文围绕山区双车道公路交通标志标线的设置方法进行研究。首先,系统地分析了山区公路双车道公路的交通安全特性,在此基础上提出交通标志标线的设置需求,确立标志标线的技术优化需求。然后,针对目前标志设置模型在山区等复杂环境下,标志位置设计中存在的问题,提出标志设置的前视距离概念,并建立新的标志设置模型。接下来,通过对比试验的方法,研究交通标线对车辆行驶状态及交通安全的影响,并在此基础上提出山区双车道公路急弯道路段的标线设置建议。最后,在标志标线设置研究的基础上,提出标志标线组合设置建议。
【Abstract】 The two-lane highway is the most universal path form in the world, its quantity holds the absolute proportion in the complete road course, also the path type is one of the most serious types on traffic safety, therefore there are massive analyses and much research about the security feature of two-lane highway in domestic and oversea, which attempts to research on the various essential factors in transportation system, as well as the interaction function result on transportation system, and then, basing on the system Mechanism, by using the traffic safety equipments, optimization road design, safe education, enhancement management, to achieve the goal: ordering traffic state, enhancement the road traffic safety performance, reducing accidents.The road traffic system is a dynamic system which constituted by the human, the vehicle, the road and the environment. We think the traffic accident is the suddenly event that the various essential factors coordination detuning accidentally in road traffic system. In the road traffic system, the human is one essential factors in four, because only the human is initiative, consciously, only he can accept each kind of information which comes from the path, the vehicles, the environment as well as the transportation flows in that current condition. The human makes decisions after judgment and processing, and operates the vehicles, therefore, the human is the core of traffic accident. "The vehicle is the only controllable variable, which may change its running status through human’s control. But "the road", and "the environment" are the uncontrolled factor.The transportation information is the important basis of the pilot’s operational decisions and driving. The service level of transportation information is related to the highway traffic security directly and unimpeded. Traffic sign and marking as the important carrier of the path information, the traffic control information issue which is an important link of transportation control and safe design, is playing a very important role on traffic circulation condition. It is an effective measure which makes disorderly transportation to orderly. The reasonable traffic signal and mark design and the establishment may enhance the road using efficiency and security.Sign and marking is the important project facility safeguards of two-lane mountainous traffic security. On one hand, its reasonable design and establishment can effectively enhance the security of two-lane mountainous highway. On the other hand, sign and mark also should be designed and the established with traffic safety and environment characteristic of two-lane mountainous highway.The paper unifies the sub-topic "the forest region traveling highway traffic safe research" in the transportation construction science and technology project "Traffic safety Application Engineering research" of Ministry of Communications, and the project "Heilongjiang Province First-class highway Traffic safety Appraisal System And Countermeasure Research" of Heilongjiang Province transport department key science and technology, mainly revolves the optimized establishment of traffic sign and mark, The concrete content is as follow:First, the paper introduces the research background, and analyzes the research present situation in domestic and foreign, elaborated the research goal, significance and primary coverage, which have established a good beginning for main body content development.The second chapter of this paper is based on the traffic safety sign and marking optimization demand analysis, which has systematically analyzed the two-lane mountainous highway traffic safety characteristic at the angle of vehicles travel condition, accident characteristic and model dangerous road section security hidden danger, security hidden danger in dangerous section of road. In this foundation, the paper proposes traffic sign and marking establishment demand, and establishes sign and marking technical optimization demand on the foundation of signs and marking establishment issues on two-lane mountainous highway.The third chapter researches on the foresight distance sign establishment, in the foundation of analyzing the process through pilot using traffic sign, in view of sign establishment model under mountains and other complex environment at present, it unified the domestic and foreign sign establishment methods, proposed the sign establishment visibility distance to resolve sign position design questions, and establishes a new sign establishment model.The fourth chapter researches on the path marking optimization establishment, which mainly analyzed the relations between Track Behavior and traffic safety, and induced the influence factor of vehicles travel path. In foundation of research production and experience from domestic and foreign about the relations between Track Behavior and safety traffic marking, the paper takes contrasts experiment as technical method, researched the marking’s standard function on Track Behavior in dangerous road section. And it designed experiment according to the object and content of study.The fifth chapter is the data analysis and experiment summarizes, through the contrast analysis between Track Behavior and speed, the paper concludes the influence of traffic sign on vehicles travel condition, and in this foundation the paper puts forward the marking establishment proposal of two-lane mountainous highway sharp bend path section. In the research foundation of sign and marking establishment, it also puts forward a proposal about sign and marking combination establishment.Finally, the dissertation summaries the achievements, and brings the forwards issues for further research on the optimization design of signs and marking.
